There are seven institutions in National Cultural Heritage Administration, namely: Office, Policy and Regulation Department, Supervision Department, Cultural Relics Protection and Archaeology Department, Museums and Social Cultural Relics Department, Revolutionary Cultural Relics Department and Party Committee (Personnel Department).
National Cultural Heritage Administration has eight directly affiliated units: Office Service Center, Beijing Lu Xun Museum, China Cultural Relics Information Consultation Center, Cultural Relics Publishing House, China Cultural Relics Research Institute, China Cultural Relics Newspaper, China Cultural Relics Exchange Center and National Cultural Heritage Administration Underwater Cultural Heritage Protection Center.
Obviously, there is no such institution as National Cultural Heritage Administration Appraisal Center, so the relevant certificates are certainly not credible.
