Article 2 The name of the school is Beijing Jiaotong University for short. The English name is Beijing Jiaotong University, abbreviated as BJTU. The legal address of the school is No.3 Shangyuan Village outside Xizhimen, Haidian District, Beijing. Weihai Campus of Beijing Jiaotong University is located at No.69 Modern Road, Nanhai New District, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Transport, the Beijing Municipal People's Government and China Railway Corporation. The standard academic system of undergraduate course is five years for architecture major, four years for other majors and two years for second bachelor's degree. The standard academic system of higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) is three years.
Article 5 The enrollment work of Beijing Jiaotong University will fully implement the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, media and all sectors of society.
Chapter two? Organization and responsibilities

Article 8 The Admissions Office, as the permanent working body of the leading group for school enrollment, is located in undergraduate colleges and is responsible for the daily enrollment of undergraduate and higher vocational colleges. Its duties are:
(a) to implement the provisions of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions or implementation rules of the provincial admissions committees;
(two) according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and the relevant provisions, prepare and submit the provincial and professional enrollment plans of the school;
(three) to formulate the school enrollment regulations;
(four) to organize enrollment publicity, consulting and other services;
(five) to organize and implement the enrollment work, and to be responsible for coordinating and handling the relevant issues in the enrollment work of our school;
(six) to organize and coordinate the examination of freshmen;
(VII) Organizing the independent entrance examination and special entrance examination of our school, taking charge of examination safety and epidemic prevention and control, identifying and handling the illegal candidates according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Interim Measures for Handling Violations in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and reporting the results of handling violations to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

Chapter three? Enrollment plan
Article 9 According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Ministry of Education, combined with the school running conditions and previous provincial enrollment plans, based on the principle of optimizing the structure of students and promoting regional balance, and taking into account the needs of national economic and social development and national policy orientation, the enrollment plans and related special plans of provinces are determined for the number of celebrities who have signed up for the college entrance examination in recent years, the quality of students, the employment situation of graduates, the degree of candidates' recognition of various majors in our school, and various special types of enrollment. The number of specific enrollment plans and elective subjects of all provinces and majors shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial recruitment office.
Tenth set aside 1% of the total number of undergraduate enrollment plans, used to adjust the imbalance of students on the local unified examination. There is no reserved plan for higher vocational (junior college) enrollment.
Article 11 Other enrollment plans not compiled by the provinces are used for enrollment of high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang, cooperation plans for aiding Xinjiang, and reservation of art majors.

Article 14 recognizes that
1.？ Candidates who enter the archives, when passing the ideological and political moral assessment and physical health examination, are admitted and classified according to the candidates' grades and professional volunteers in accordance with the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". There is no difference in professional level when you are divided into majors. Recognition of the national policies contained in the investment results will be rewarded with a maximum of 20 points. All college entrance examination plus points and scores shall not be used for enrollment projects such as high-level art troupes and high-level sports teams in our school.
2.？ Candidates who volunteer to fill in the report according to the professional groups of schools or colleges shall be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) when they are enrolled and divided into majors. If the relevant batches have no sorting rules for the same score or the provinces and regions have special requirements, the scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and comprehensive (the provinces with comprehensive reform of college entrance examination are the total scores of three elective subjects) will be compared in turn. For all candidates who can't meet the reported professional volunteers but meet the admission conditions and obey the adjustment, they will be transferred to unfinished majors according to the ranking of scores from high to low until the admission quota is full.

4.？ Foreign language and literature majors only recruit English candidates. English is the only foreign language teaching for electrical engineering and automation (new energy international class), design science, all Chinese-foreign cooperative schools and all higher vocational (junior college) majors. Among them, a large number of courses for electrical engineering and automation (new energy international class) major are taught in English, which requires a higher basic English. 5. The physical examination standard refers to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and related supplementary provisions.
6. According to the batch of volunteers, the first volunteer candidates are insufficient, and non-first volunteer candidates can be admitted. If the number of qualified non-first volunteer candidates is still insufficient, voluntary recruitment shall be carried out according to the arrangements of the corresponding provinces. 1. 2. The ethnic class plan only recruits ethnic minority candidates. According to the relevant documents, the score of candidates' investment should not be lower than 40 points below the investment line of ordinary majors (excluding Chinese-foreign cooperative education).
Candidates from high school classes in Tibet and Xinjiang in the Mainland, if the college entrance examination place is in the province where the college entrance examination is comprehensively reformed, should meet the requirements of the corresponding professional examination subjects.

Article 16 For the undergraduate and higher vocational (junior college) candidates who have been approved by the Provincial Admissions Office and accepted by our school, a new admission notice issued by the principal and stamped with the official seal of Beijing Jiaotong University will be issued, and the candidates will report to the designated campus with the admission notice.
Article 17 Candidates admitted to art majors may not be transferred to non-art majors after admission. Candidates admitted by Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools may not be transferred to non-Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools after admission. Students admitted to Weihai Campus cannot be transferred to Beijing Headquarters Campus. The majors run by different partners in Weihai Campus cannot be adjusted to each other. The specific transfer policy is implemented according to the relevant regulations issued by the school that year.
Article 18 After the new students enter the school, our school will follow the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education). Those who fail the second interview will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations until their admission qualification is cancelled, and those who have obtained their school status will be cancelled.
Article 19 According to the spirit of relevant national documents, except for arts and Chinese-foreign cooperative education, the tuition standard for undergraduate majors in schools is generally 5,000 yuan or 5,500 yuan per academic year, and the tuition for the third and fourth grades of software engineering is16,000 yuan per academic year; Design major per academic year 10000 yuan.
The tuition fee for the major of Nano-materials and Technology (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is 60,000 yuan per academic year during the study period in the school headquarters, and the tuition fee is paid according to the tuition standard of the University of Waterloo in Canada. The tuition fee for the major of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is 60,000 yuan per academic year during the study in the school headquarters, and the fees during the study in the University of Wollongong, Australia are charged according to the standards of the other party. The above two students majoring in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools retain their school status while studying abroad, and pay tuition fees at half the tuition fees of students with the same level of science and technology in China every year.
The tuition of digital media art (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) in Weihai Campus is 85,000 yuan per academic year, and the tuition of other Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors is 80,000 yuan per academic year.
Accommodation fees in our headquarters campus vary from 750 yuan to 1200 yuan every academic year according to different accommodation conditions. Accommodation fee of Weihai Campus is per academic year 1200 yuan.
If the state adjusts the charging standard, it will be implemented according to the new regulations.
Twentieth higher vocational (junior college) professional tuition standard is 6000 yuan per academic year. Accommodation fee is 750 yuan every academic year.
According to the relevant regulations of Beijing, students admitted to higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) will not move their registered permanent residence.
Article 21 The school has established a complete funding system of "Award, Help, Loan, Diligence, Supplement and Supplement" to ensure the all-round growth of students from poor families.
