Legal basis: Article 8 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Business Scope of Enterprises.
If an enterprise changes its business scope, it shall apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change within 30 days from the date when the enterprise makes a resolution or decision on change. Involving licensed projects, it shall, within 30 days from the date of approval by the examination and approval authority, apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change with the approval documents and certificates. Where a partnership enterprise or a sole proprietorship enterprise changes its business scope, it shall apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change within 05 days from the date of making the change decision.
