Transfer certificate
If you are a transfer student, you need the original school and the original local education bureau to issue a transfer certificate in triplicate. Then, give it to the current school guidance office, and they will help you with the follow-up matters.
Intra-school processing
After the school receives the certificate, the school registrar will report the student registration form to the Education Bureau for you to re-register. Parents no longer have to go to the Education Bureau in person!

The student handbook is only a bridge between the school and parents to communicate students' semester grades and performance.
