Restricted areas: National and provincial highways, county and township highways and urban roads within the administrative areas of Shuangqiao District, Shuangluan District, Yingshouyingzi District and High-tech Zone in Chengde City, and diesel trucks operating under the national emission standards are prohibited from passing.

Pingdingshan: The city's expressways and national highways are completely banned from third-country vehicles.

In order to promote Pingdingshan City to eliminate diesel trucks running according to the national four emission standards, the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Public Security Bureau jointly issued a notice a few days ago, clarifying that the elimination of vehicles on expressways and national highways in the city is completely prohibited.
