Surveying and mapping management section: responsible for the unified supervision and management of the city's surveying and mapping work, the investigation and punishment of illegal surveying and mapping cases, the annual inspection declaration of surveying and mapping qualifications, the management of surveying and mapping results, the protection of surveying markers, the preparation and organization of basic surveying and mapping planning.

Reserve trading center: responsible for land development, market transactions, first-class development management, urban village reconstruction and old city reconstruction within the urban planning area; Responsible for the preparation of the annual land acquisition and reserve plan, the annual land supply plan and the first-level land development plan; Implement land recovery, acquisition, replacement, expropriation and reserve on behalf of the government, and conduct fund calculation, fund raising and early development and utilization of the acquired reserve land; Responsible for the city's first-level land development management and first-level development bidding organization, as well as the acceptance of land development; Responsible for business consultation, business organization, transaction and post-coordination of bidding, auction and listing in the land transaction market, and release market transaction information; Preliminary feasibility study on organizing urban villages and old city reconstruction projects; Responsible for the guidance, coordination and supervision of the old city reconstruction project.

Land transaction service office: providing places and related services for holding bidding, auction and listing activities of land use rights; Accepting applications for transfer, lease and mortgage of land use rights, and verifying the conditions of transfer, lease and mortgage; Provide a place for land use right transaction, negotiation, investment promotion and exhibition, and provide services for intermediary institutions such as land transaction, agency, land price evaluation and information consultation.

Land development and consolidation service center: cultivated land development and consolidation projects and other forms of land development and consolidation projects arising from the occupation of cultivated land by construction, and assist in the demonstration and acceptance of land development and consolidation projects.

Real estate consultation and evaluation center: responsible for land transfer evaluation, land price information and legal and regulatory consultation in Langfang urban area and cities and counties under its jurisdiction.
