The Yellow River Ferry near Lajia Temple is an ancient ferry. Historically, it was the only way for Qinghai Guoluo herdsmen to reach Guide, Huangzhong, Xining and other trade distribution centers, and it was also an important trade channel for animal husbandry areas and agricultural production areas on both sides of the Yellow River. Therefore, it is called "Laga from Mu Lan" (namely Laga Trade Road). 1986, a Jiasi Yellow River Highway Bridge with reinforced concrete structure was completed and opened to traffic here, which greatly facilitated cross-strait trade. Cars are coming and going, so lively.
Lajiasi Yellow River Highway Bridge has a length of 220.58m, a deck width of 7m, a main span of 10 hole, a span of 20m, and a design load grade of steam -20. The superstructure is a concrete T-beam and the substructure is a gravity pier, which was set up by Qinghai Provincial Highway Bureau and opened to traffic on 1986.
The bridge site section is a canyon river, with wide river valley, narrow river channel, stable river bed, concentrated mainstream and clear river channel, about 400 meters wide, and no protection works on both sides.
