Luo Yonghao's concept of entrepreneurship: Who is suitable for entrepreneurship and who is not-

Luo Yonghao, the founder of Hammer Technology, has always been a hot figure. Two days ago, he came out to refute rumors, saying that his "true story" has not yet come to an end, and 600 million yuan has not been returned. After that, it will definitely be officially announced as soon as possible.

Delay for a few minutes, don't talk about Lao Luo's repayment, and talk about Lao Luo's entrepreneurial philosophy. # Entrepreneurship # # Luo Yonghao #

I finished reading Lao Luo's book Entrepreneurship on the Road these two days. This book was published on 20 18, and it is not out of date to read it now. Through this book, I have a deeper understanding of Lao Luo and entrepreneurship.

In the book, Lao Luo painted portraits of people who are suitable for starting a business and those who are not.

I think he is really well informed and has a thorough description of entrepreneurs.

Those friends who plan to start a business may wish to take his words to the mirror to see if they are suitable for starting a business.

02

Two types of people are more suitable for starting a business.

1. Simple, straightforward, eager to get rich.

Explaining the origin of light, an Eskimo legend said, "A crow who lives in a long night longs for light because he can't find food, so the earth lights up."

If you have no desire in your heart, don't choose to start a business.

Lao Luo himself is such a person. Lao Luo said that when he first started his business, he was still immature. Now that he has grown into an entrepreneur, he has changed his past habit of being outspoken and is afraid to say something.

Of course, I dare not say more, even if it is true, which objectively shows that Lao Luo has great influence, and not many people may have listened before. But at the same time, it also shows that Lao Luo was a simple person at the beginning of his business. He just wanted to get rich, not so much. Let's do it first.

This is the essential quality of entrepreneurs. They will think of failure before doing it, and they may offend others. Such a person will always be "a scholar rebelling, and he will not fall for ten years."

Of course, after the success of the venture, the enterprise should become bigger and stronger, and the style of play has changed, which is another story.

2. People who are unwilling to be ordinary and need greater satisfaction and accomplishment.

Every day without dancing is a disappointment to life.

Unwilling to be mediocre and boring, it is an inexhaustible source of power for human beings. It is the idealists who are "like moths to the fire" who have become the backbone of the nation and paved the way for human progress.

No, crazy people can't survive.

The result is of course important, but as long as you keep your eyes open, you must be eager for quick success and instant benefit. Such people can be speculators, but they can't be entrepreneurs. People who don't enjoy the entrepreneurial process can't make steady progress on the arduous road of entrepreneurship.

We advocate peace and oppose war. But Montgomery, Barton, Rommel and Kruger are all war maniacs who regard peace as hell. They are born for war, enjoy it and are eager to fight. For them, peace equals death. The same is true of entrepreneurship. Only paranoia can survive.

Lao Luo had to enter the AR field and take the initiative to choose to start his own business again when his foreign debts (including interest and more than 600 million) had not been paid off. It should be said that he was born to start a business.

Six types of people who are not suitable for starting a business

1. People who are particularly afraid of fatigue and trouble.

Afraid of fatigue and trouble, to put it bluntly, there is no love for what you want to do, and there is no desire in your heart.

2. People who don't work long and give up easily.

Chang Zhi who has no ambition, Chang Zhi who has a will.

Entrepreneurship is a series of events, not to say that one thing will be successful when it is finished. Entrepreneurs are always on the road.

People who want to make a fortune and realize wealth freedom and rest by starting a business are not suitable for starting a business.

3. People with poor pressure resistance

I think this one is the most important.

Whether you can bear the unbearable pressure and fear of others and whether you can survive and develop in a cruel and unfamiliar market is the touchstone to distinguish between "real entrepreneurship" and "fake entrepreneurship", and it is the "dragon gate" that prevents countless entrepreneurs from leaping over entrepreneurs.

The bird that can't burn is the phoenix. Luo Yonghao said that entrepreneurs have endless sufferings. There were seven or eight times when he was about to collapse.

In fact, Lao Luo did not collapse. On the contrary, some employees of his marketing planning activities collapsed first and asked to be transferred to other departments. Some of them really did it.

You can't be an entrepreneur without a strong heart.

4. People who have been hesitant and confused about starting a business for a long time.

Love can last for a long time, and life needs the light of reason-this is the purpose of my writing. Why put love before and after, and reason behind?

Because love is successful, reason is evasive.

Before you do anything, think about avoiding the pit. Think about how you became another leek and were harvested. Such a person cannot start a business.

5. People who want freedom and don't want to work.

Ma Yun once said that the hearts of entrepreneurs are all supported by grievances.

The grievances that a boss has to bear may be countless times that he suffered at work. In this regard, friends must have a clear understanding.

Eisenhower was the commander-in-chief of the Allied Forces in World War II. During an inspection, a soldier complained to him about the hardships and boredom of life. Eisenhower recognized the soldier's feelings, took him around the camp and told him the pain of being a general-after hanging a few stars on his shoulder, he was scolded by the chief of staff; I couldn't sleep that night before the war; Confusion about the future ...

After listening to the general, the soldier went back to his trench and said, "General, I think I'd better keep digging my trench."

6. People who care about spending time with their families.

In Lao Luo's view, the so-called balance between family and work in entrepreneurship is the biggest lie. Once you start a business, your job will be full and it will be difficult to take care of your family, unless your business project is to open a coffee shop or bookstore with your wife, which is likely to close within six months.

Say something more.

I have been thinking about why Lao Luo is so attractive and why the friend of Hammer is more sad than Lao Luo in losing money. As soon as teacher Luo makes money, hammer friends are happier than teacher Luo?

In fact, millions of hammer friends and Lao Luo are the same kind of people. They (including me) are too eager to see Lao Luo make the world more interesting and wild, let his success light up the uneasy hearts of hammer friends, and let our youth and life burn together.

Different from the "pirate civilization" which constantly pursues expansion, China, which has thousands of years of agricultural civilization, needs a grassroots hero like Luo Yonghao too much on its way forward.

In a sense, Lao Luo's success is also the success of Hammer Friends.
