Can you briefly introduce the information integration of the automobile industry?

At present, it seems that the integration methods of information systems in automobile industry can be divided into three types: basic integration, intermediate integration and advanced integration.

First, basic integration.

Basic integration has two meanings. The first layer is the integration of PCS, MES and ERP. The second layer is the realization of inter-factory interconnection within the enterprise. The first meaning has been achieved by most automobile manufacturing enterprises, and the entire production line of most factories has been connected through MES system, while the business departments are connected through ERP system. However, according to the current actual situation, the ERP system and MES system of many automobile manufacturing enterprises are not connected, and there is still a gap between the enterprise planning layer and the process control layer, that is, the secondary inter-factory interconnection is not well realized, and the production department and the business department are still two independent information islands, Industry 3.0.

Second, intermediate integration.

Intermediate integration is defined according to the development of intelligent manufacturing in automobile manufacturing enterprises, in which the first layer refers to the integration of PLM platform and the above-mentioned basic integration, and the second layer refers to the interconnection between enterprises and suppliers. The integration and basic integration of PLM platform are mainly divided into two steps. One is that PDM system is connected with ERP system to form enterprise management layer, and the other is that management layer is connected with MES system to form workshop control layer integration. PLM and MES are two assistants of enterprise digitalization. Through these two systems, we can optimize virtualization and evaluation based on the data of product life cycle, so as to find a new production organization model that is more in line with the actual needs of enterprises. This can not only realize the integration of enterprise automation, informationization and intelligence, but also improve the rational allocation rate of enterprise resources, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, laying a solid foundation for enterprises to maximize benefits.

Third, advanced integration.

Advanced integration, that is, "Industry 4.0" stage, refers to personalized customization of enterprise intelligence according to the actual needs of enterprises, that is, vertical integration of value chain data to sensor-level data of workshop equipment layer within e-commerce, distributors and enterprises, horizontal integration from product research and development to after-sales service, establishment of industrial chain collaborative platform, and end-to-end integration from raw material supply to customers.
