In the late pregnancy, I am especially looking forward to the birth of my baby. I always thought that when the baby was born, I was liberated, and I could sleep and eat delicious food. But when the baby is born, I want to "stuff" him back.
Because taking care of the baby is not a simple matter, especially for a novice mother like me who knows nothing. She took care of the baby for less than three months, and the problems she encountered almost knocked me down. If there were no "capable people" around me, I would have collapsed!
According to my own experience, Martin sorted out three children's problems and their solutions, each of which is worth collecting by novice parents!
The first cry after delivery is 15 days after the baby is born. The doctor came home to give the baby a physical examination and said that the baby was seriously jaundice. Let him go to the hospital for examination. If there is a problem, solve it quickly. Don't delay.
The family was particularly worried after hearing this, and quickly took the children to the hospital for examination. My mother holds the baby, my husband drives, and then visits her in-laws. As soon as the whole family went out, I was left at home and waited anxiously.
After waiting for more than two hours, there was no news at all. I couldn't help looking up information on the internet and saw many "negative cases", which made me cry directly.
Just when I couldn't help crying, they came back and told me that the child's jaundice was physiological, but it was a bit serious and needed to be cured quickly.
In order to get rid of jaundice as soon as possible, the doctor prescribed medicine to get rid of jaundice. This medicine is not only bitter, but also has side effects. After the child drank it, he had severe diarrhea. In just 7 days, the jaundice subsided, but the child also lost weight and didn't look as fat as when he was born.
Later, I learned that there are many ways to turn yellow, and "turning yellow" is the last one.
If it is disease, physiology, jaundice, it is necessary to seek medical treatment; If it is raw, physical, sexual and jaundice, it is best to "eat more and excrete more". It is suggested that Ma Bao should breastfeed regularly to speed up the metabolism of newborns. In this way, the metabolism of bilirubin will also be accelerated, and jaundice will naturally stabilize earlier to achieve the effect of yellowing.
If jaundice is not serious, you can let your baby bask in the sun on the basis of "eat more and row more". Ultraviolet rays in the sun can accelerate the metabolism of jaundice and make jaundice subside early. However, there are a few small problems to pay attention to in the sun:
(1) Direct exposure (outdoor direct exposure to ultraviolet rays, where exposure is required);
2 time (choose direct drying time according to the season, don't burn your baby; 2-3 times a day for half an hour);
③ Safety (keep your eyes away from the sun and don't let the sun shine directly on your baby's eyes);
If jaundice is serious and can't be retired for a long time, you can take your child to the hospital to shoot blue light. Especially for newborns in winter, the yellowing speed is very slow (it is too cold outside to get "yellow"), so you can go to the hospital to shoot blue light, and the effect is very good.
2 Neonatal spitting milk
The first time I met my baby spitting milk, it was the fifth day after delivery. The baby was lying in bed, fine, and suddenly spit out the milk, which was particularly scary.
Fortunately, my mother quickly put his little face aside, then wiped the milk with a handkerchief and picked him up until it was clean. ...
The first time I met spitting milk, I was particularly scared, thinking that my child had a bad stomach. Later, after much experience, I realized that spitting milk is a common phenomenon of newborns, which is mainly related to their gastrointestinal development.
The newborn's stomach is in a horizontal state, with a small capacity and only a small amount of food; The tension of esophageal muscles is also relatively low, and the cardia is relatively loose and not tightly closed. The food you eat is easy to "explode", leading to spitting milk.
Not only that, spitting milk is also related to some behaviors of Ma Bao and the baby, such as poor contact with the baby and excessive inhalation of air; The baby is too anxious to eat milk and is choked; After breast-feeding, the baby's strenuous exercise ... These are the common reasons why the baby spits milk frequently.
In this regard, it is suggested that Ma Bao should feed scientifically to reduce the occurrence of spitting.
① Feed when you are hungry, and don't let your baby be too hungry (if the baby cries badly, pick him up first and coax him, and then feed him after crying a little);
(2) Pay attention to the way of feeding and make a good connection (when feeding, the baby is in close contact with the breast; When connecting, connect the RU head with most RU halos to avoid a large amount of air entering);
(3) Pay attention to the feeding order, and don't do any strenuous activities after feeding (check diapers before feeding, change them quickly, and don't change them immediately after feeding, because strenuous exercise will make the milk in the stomach reflux and cause vomiting);
(4) After milking, you must burp (after milking, you must burp, even if it doesn't matter, holding it vertically for 15-20 minutes can also expel air and relieve spitting).
Don't worry about spitting milk. Spit milk a little and scrub the baby clean. For severe spitting, put the baby aside first to prevent spitting milk from choking the baby, and then clean it up (the milk in the mouth and nose should also be cleaned up).
Newborns save their stomachs.
When I first met Zhang Du, my baby was only two months old. At that time, we lived in my grandmother's house. My baby hasn't had a bowel movement for a week. I didn't feel anything, because he ate well and his stomach was normal, but my grandfather was in a hurry and secretly went to the hospital for consultation while we were not paying attention.
After coming back, he smiled and said to me, daughter, the doctor asked me to massage the baby's stomach clockwise, and it will be fine in a minute.
Under grandpa's compulsion, I can only wash my hands and massage my baby's stomach. This method is really good. Massage for a while, the child poops and pulls a pack of yellow soft stools.
Preserving stomach mostly happens in babies who are exclusively breastfed for 2-4 months. When the baby is born, the gastrointestinal development is not perfect, the absorption and digestion ability is poor, there are many food residues, and the stool is naturally more frequent; With the growth of age, the baby's digestive function is gradually enhanced, and the digestion and absorption of breast milk are more and more sufficient, resulting in less and less food residue. When the food residue can't stimulate the rectum to form defecation, the baby will temporarily stop defecation and wait for a few days for the residue to stimulate the rectum to form defecation before continuing defecation.
Therefore, the baby's stomach just stopped short-term defecation because of too good digestion and insufficient residue.
Three or four days, or seven or eight days, the residue is enough, and the baby's bowel movements will return to normal.
For this phenomenon, Ma Bao does not need to worry too much, and can solve it according to the situation:
(1) Less than 7- 10 days, Ma Bao can let nature take its course;
② For more than 7- 10 days, in order to prevent "stomach cramps" from becoming "constipation", Ma Bao can intervene, such as massaging the baby's stomach clockwise and bending the baby's legs, which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and let the baby defecate as soon as possible.
There are still many problems that Ma Bao is likely to encounter while taking care of the baby, but these three problems have the highest frequency and are most likely to make Ma Bao feel scared.
If you are a completely inexperienced novice mother, like me at the beginning, I suggest collecting and learning these three parenting tips to avoid being in a hurry and at a loss!
