First, the basic situation of rental housing
This time, there are 100 sets of rented houses, which are distributed in Kunyifuyuan, Hurun Mingyuan, Du Ming, Yu Hui and Chunshanlou residential areas. Details of the rented house are as follows:
(1) There are 26 rented houses in Kunyuan Project, including two bedrooms and one living room 19, with a construction area of about 58_, and seven bedrooms and two living rooms with a construction area of about 87 _;

Second, the standard of rental housing source area
According to the Interim Measures for Waiting Distribution of Public Rental Housing in Shenzhen and other relevant regulations, combined with the actual situation of allocated housing area and application acceptance, the standard of allocated housing area in this batch is now adjusted as follows:
Single residents can choose single apartments and one-bedroom apartments;
Two-person families can choose two rooms, one living room and below, and the construction area is less than 60 _;
Three-person and four-person families can choose all units with two bedrooms, one living room and below;
Families with five or more people can choose all types of housing this time.
Applicants who voluntarily choose a family size below the family size are deemed to have enjoyed housing security according to the standard.
Three. Supplementary acceptance time and address
Due to the adjustment of the allocation of rental housing standards and the allocation of rental housing area, our bureau decided to make supplementary acceptance for eligible families. Supplementary acceptance time: April 22 to April 23, 202 1.
