An electric bicycle driving on the road shall be registered by the traffic administrative department of the municipal public security organ and obtain a non-motor vehicle license plate and driving license. Electric bicycles that are not registered or licensed in other places but have not been registered by the traffic management department of the public security organ of this Municipality shall not drive on the roads of this Municipality. Registered electric bicycles should be products listed in the information service catalogue of this Municipality. The owner of an electric bicycle motor vehicle shall, within 30 days from the date of purchasing the vehicle, apply to the traffic management department of the public security organ of the place of residence for registration and licensing with relevant materials.
Disabled motorized wheelchairs and electric bicycles shall not exceed15km per hour when driving in non-motorized lanes.
