What is the history and birth of Manjushri and Samantabhadra in the world? How is the growth? How to practice with Buddha?

Manjusri Bodhisattva, the full name of Manjusri Bodhisattva, is sometimes called Manjusri Bodhisattva. It means good virtue and good luck. It is said that when he was born, there were many auspicious signs at home, hence the name.

According to the Nirvana Sutra of Manjushri, Manjushri was born in a Brahmin family in Swasti, ancient India. Later he became a monk with Sakyamuni Buddha. After the death of Sakyamuni, he came to Yunshan to explain the Twelve Classics to 500 immortals. Finally, I returned to my birthplace, sat down under the Nishida tree and entered Nirvana. According to the tripitaka of Manjusri Bodhisattva, Sakyamuni Buddha once told the King Kong Lord Bodhisattva that there is a country called "Da Jinna" in the northeast of Shanbu Island (the world where Buddhism says we are now), with a big mountain and five peaks, which are called the Five Mountains. After the death of Sakyamuni Buddha, Manjusri Bodhisattva will March here in the form of a boy, live in the mountains, and preach Buddha to all beings. According to China Buddhism, Wutai Mountain in Shanxi is the five top mountains of the "Great Jinnah" country mentioned in Buddhist scriptures, so Wutai Mountain is regarded as the Dojo of Manjusri Bodhisattva and has become a Buddhist holy land. Manjusri Bodhisattva occupies a high position in Mahayana Buddhism. He is the head of all the Bodhisattvas and is regarded as the son of the Tathagata, so he is often called the "French King". He is the embodiment of wisdom and often cooperates with Sakyamuni to preach Buddhism. In the Vimalakīrti Sutra, on behalf of Sakyamuni Buddha, he led his disciples to visit Vimalakīrti who was sick, and discussed Mahayana Buddhism with Vimalakīrti many times to promote Mahayana Buddhism Hyunri. In the Buddhist image, he often works with Samantabhadra as a threatening bodhisattva of Sakyamuni Buddha, accompanying the left and right. Many temples in Wutai Mountain are dedicated to a single statue of Manjusri Bodhisattva. Manjusri has different images. According to its top bun shape, it can be divided into one bun Manjusri, five bun Manjusri and eight bun Manjusri. According to the number of words of Yan Zhen Dalagni (Mantra), Tantric Buddhism is divided into one-character manjusri, five-character manjusri, six-character manjusri and eight-character manjusri. Manjusri with five words and five knots is the most common. Most Manjusri Bodhisattvas are teenagers with five crowns. Five knots represent five kinds of wisdom of internal syndrome (body wisdom, great circle mirror wisdom, equal wisdom, wonderful view wisdom and achievement wisdom). The boy's body is a metaphor of innocence and purity. Holding Prajnaparamita Sutra in the left hand and putting Prajnaparamita Sutra on the flower indicate that Prajnaparamita wisdom is spotless. Holding the sword in the right hand, the King Kong sword can cut off the demons, which means that great wisdom is like a sword and can get rid of all ignorance and troubles. Sitting on the white lotus platform means purity. But Manjusri Bodhisattvas mostly ride lions, which shows the wisdom and ferocity of Bodhisattvas. There is also a manjusri statue riding a golden peacock based on the magic weapon of Manjusri master Dalagni.

(1) Manjusri's deeds

Manjusri is a transliteration of Sanskrit Manjusri. The Chinese translation of the new translation "Schumann Shili" is a wonderful virtue, and righteousness is a universal virtue, which is completely original. Because when he was born, there were ten good omen in his family. (1) Dewdrops fell from the sky, (2) Qibao fell to the ground, (3) the barn was turned into golden millet, (4) the yard was full of peanuts, (5) the house was full of light, (6) chickens gave birth to phoenix, (7) horses gave birth to Xianglin, (8) cows gave birth to white calves, and (9) pigs gave birth to dragons. Born in Swasti in the 6th century BC (contemporary with Sakyamuni). Among the surnames of Duoluo settlement and Brahmin clan, the father's name is Fande, born on the right side of his mother, purple and gold. He can talk when he falls to the ground, like a child's son of heaven. He has seven treasures. With it, Manjusri Bodhisattva has 32 phases and 80 kinds of goodness, just like Buddha.

In Hua Yan Jing Entering the Dharma World, Maitreya said to Shancai:' Manjusri's great wish is beyond the reach of other bodhisattvas. His deeds are vast, his wishes are boundless, and all the merits of the Bodhisattva are endless. He is often the mother of boundless Buddhas and the teacher of boundless Bodhisattva, who has achieved all sentient beings through enlightenment and is famous all over the world. In Mahayana Buddhism, Manjusri Bodhisattva is the first of all Bodhisattvas and often serves the Buddha with Pu Xian. Buddhist disciples regard Manjusri as the embodiment of wisdom, such as Prajna as the mother of all buddhas and Manjusri as the teacher of seven buddha. The common manjusri image has five knots on the top, indicating that the five intelligences are supreme and there is nothing. Five kinds of wisdom: body wisdom, big round mirror wisdom, equal wisdom, wonderful observation wisdom and successful wisdom. Holding a lotus in his left hand. Put a Prajna paramita sutra in the flower, which means that Prajna paramita is spotless, such as gathering fire, which can't be touched on all sides, and it will burn as soon as it is touched. Holding a sword in the right hand means great wisdom, which can break all ignorance troubles, just like the sword of King Kong, which can cut off demons. Or sit on the lotus platform to show purity, or ride a lion or peacock to show ferocity.

Sakyamuni Buddha said that in forty-nine years, he began to be strict with China and finally came to nirvana. Manjushri attended all Mahayana meetings. Manjusri has made great contributions in assisting Sakyamuni Buddha and promoting Mahayana Buddhism. According to the Book of Treasures, one year when the Buddha was in Sla Wasti, it rained heavily for seven consecutive days, and many farmland and houses were swallowed up by the flood. There are more than 800 monks and more than 10,000 bodhisattvas in the garden. They are facing hunger. Ananda asked Manjusri to try to free him. Manjusri makes many Buddhist disciples feel satisfied and comfortable in the Tao. It shows that Manjusri has greatly helped Sakyamuni Monks in material aspects. In the composition of Sakyamuni, the Brahman caste is absolutely dominant. Most of them are alienated and used to asceticism, such as Ye Jia. In order to multiply, I walk in the world without being influenced by the laws of the world, and live in harmony with the outside world without being moved by what I know and see. Although I don't give up my troubles and bodhisattva, I can't live without doing one thing. Manjusri helped Sakyamuni do a lot of work and made many people listen to the Mahayana teaching method. For example, he couldn't bear the 500 bhikkhu meeting in Lingshan. With fatalistic wisdom, he witnessed the murder of his parents and all kinds of serious crimes. He has his own doubts in his heart, and the Buddhism is too deep to get in. So Manjusri fought the sword and forced the Buddha. The Buddha said,' Manjusri, stop! I'll be killed. I was killed. Who killed my son? "Therefore, since the five hundred monks became complacent, with their sincerity, they learned the dharma like a dream, and they all learned the dharma and forbeared to say,' Manjusri is very wise, reaching the bottom of dharma, holding a sword and forcing him to hold the Tathagata. If the sword is like a Buddha, one phase has no two phases, and there is no life without phase. Why kill it in the cloud? "Manjusri Bodhisattva educates 500 monks by killing Buddha, so that they can understand the teachings of Mahayana and have patience with Dharma. It is called Sakyamuni's right-hand man. Manjusri once again preached the empty meaning of Mahayana to all sentient beings, saying,' You don't need to see Buddha or ask for Dharma'. At that time, there were 200 monks who thought they were confused and said that Shefo had left. Manjusri turned into a fire in the middle, and the monks wanted to fly (jump) with their feet, and they saw the iron net on the top, which was terrible. Looking back at the garden, there are violets everywhere. The monks went to the Buddhist temple and saw what they saw on the white ground. The Buddha told the monks:' It's useless to spend external fire before the internal fire is finished. You monks, you fell into the net and tried to reach the iron net, but there was nothing you could do. ..... this love, no way, no way. Born of delusion, there is no me, no place for me. "200 monks, after listening to the Buddha's teachings, remained forever, and became arhats. It can be seen that Manjusri is not only a wise man who understands Mahayana's empty meaning, but also very skilled in the use of magical powers. Desperate, the 200 monks had to turn back, calm down and accept the teachings of the Buddha, so as to prove the fruit of Lohan. On another occasion, the Buddha indulged himself in the sun, and Manjusri spent three summers, violating the monk system. As an elder, Ye Jia wanted to pick up the gavel and drive Manjusri out. When Ye Jia just picked up the gavel, he saw tens of billions of manjusri suddenly appear. At this time, Ye Jia picked up the gavel with all his strength. At this moment, the Buddha said to Ye Jia,' Ye Jia, there are so many Manjusri Bodhisattvas, which one do you want to get rid of? Ye Jia was ashamed that he was no match for Manjusri. Sharifutsu, a disciple of Sakyamuni, is also a leader. Manjusri once traveled with him to various Buddhist lands. One Buddhist land was full of fire. As soon as he walked in, it was instantly reduced to ashes, and Sharifutsu was terrified. Manjusri spread countless lotus flowers all over it with divine power, just like walking on a flat road. Sharifutsu felt short in front of Manjusri at this time.

These examples vividly show that the cooperation between Manjusri and Sakyamuni in the field of education is very tacit and ingenious. Therefore, Manjusri asked the latter-day practitioners to learn from Hokkeyo's Happy Journey, while Buddha said that "Happy Journey" was for the protection of future generations and read "Hokkeyo". Manjusri followed the instructions of Sakyamuni, and after the demise of Buddhism, he gathered Mahayana classics with Ananda and Maitreya in Tiewei Mountain, so that Mahayana Buddhism could survive and develop. People close to you don't discuss the history of Indian Buddhism. They believe that there are two schools of Mahayana Buddhism, starting from the dragon and ending in nothing. In fact, there are two schools of Mahayana Buddhism in India. When the Buddha was alive, Manjusri and Maitreya were outstanding representatives of the two major schools of Buddhism. His thoughts have always enjoyed a high position in the Buddhist system.

The Nirvana Sutra of Manjusri Bodhisattva says: Four hundred and fifty years after the death of the Buddha, Manjusri Bodhisattva went to the snow-capped mountains to preach the Dharma for 500 immortals. Finally, all the people who are destined to know everything went to their hometown of Sla Wasti Doro with 500 immortals, settled under a mud ditch tree, sat in a coma there, entered the first meditation, and a big flame emerged from the pores of the whole body, and the golden body became a glass statue. There is a real gold statue in the glass statue, which is six feet long. Sitting on the lotus platform, it is clear that 500 immortals have entered nirvana. At that time, there were eight kings. They put the glass statue on the top of King Kong and raised the tower to support it.
