(1) Please send the interview confirmation form (see attachment 1) to tjmsahr@ 126.com for interview confirmation before October 30th, 2022 16:00. The email title must be "XXX (name) confirmed to participate in the job interview of XXXX (position code) of Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China". Failing to send an interview confirmation form for confirmation within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the interview and recording relevant information.
(2) If candidates voluntarily give up the interview, please send a scanned copy of the statement of giving up the interview (see attachment 1) to tjmsahr@ 126.com before 2022/October 30 16:00 (the scanned copy and the email title are: "XXXX (name Candidates who give up the interview and fail to submit the statement of giving up the interview as required will be regarded as giving up the interview and relevant information will be recorded.
Second, the qualification examination
According to the interview requirements, our bureau must examine the qualifications of candidates participating in the interview. In order to do a good job of qualification examination before the interview, please scan or take photos of the materials to be submitted (see Annex 2 for specific requirements) before February 18, 2022, and compress the file package named "Job Code+Name+Qualification Examination Materials" and send it to tjmsahr @126.com.
Candidates are requested to prepare as required to ensure that the materials provided by the qualification examination are true, complete and accurate. If false materials are provided, our bureau will cancel the interview qualification in accordance with relevant regulations. If candidates have difficulty in submitting some materials at this stage, they can sign the book (see Annex 6) and explain the reasons. Relevant materials can be submitted before the interview (unless otherwise specified, it shall be implemented according to the regulations). The book is signed, scanned or photographed by the examinee and sent to the mailbox together with other materials.
Three. Related requirements
(1) The on-site qualification review and interview of civil servants employed in the 2022 annual examination of our bureau is expected to be conducted in the middle and late March of 2022. Please pay attention to the interview announcement posted on our website at the end of February or early March, 2022.
(2) Candidates must bring the corresponding originals and copies of the materials required by this notice when participating in the on-site qualification review. Please take care of it.
(3) Candidates are requested to keep their mobile phones and telephones open in the near future. If the communication method provided at the time of registration is wrong or changed, please inform our bureau of the change in time, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.
(4) Matters not covered in the examination will be announced through the websites of the State Civil Service Bureau (www.scs.gov.cn) and Tianjin Maritime Bureau (tj.msa.gov.cn) one after another. Please pay close attention and consult in time.
(5) In order to ensure that the candidates are informed of the latest information in time, our bureau has launched online consultation to update the local epidemic prevention and control information in Tianjin in real time, and all candidates who have confirmed their participation in the interview are invited to use the nail mobile phone client to pay attention.
