A good reporter tells a good story.

A good reporter tells a good story11/In June, 1944, China * * * Production Party invited 2 1 Chinese and foreign journalists to Yan 'an for an interview, and xxx personally acted as a spokesperson, with a barrage of questions. American journalist Ai Postan praised that the news door in China is opening! In the next 70 years, generations of journalists who walked out of this door walked more steadily and further under the illumination of passion, responsibility and dreams. Journalists, stick to morality in their work and show the power of justice in progress! I have been engaged in journalism for more than 20 years, and I always think that choosing a journalist is choosing a mission. Because journalists are the conscience of society!

14 years ago, I was in charge of editing and broadcasting the warm harbor program of Nanchang Radio Station. One day, I received a call for help from a listener. She told me with tears that her two sons were suffering from hemophilia, and the eldest son had just died, so it was too late to be grieved. The youngest son had to amputate his left leg because of bleeding. Now the medical expenses are urgent again, and she is completely desperate. Put the phone down, I took the interview machine and went straight to the hematology department of 94 hospital. I came to the bed and saw a young but pale face. Twenty-year-old boys' cowardly eyes only have the desire for life, and the vigorous life will wither in the best years, which makes people feel distressed! When I came to the doctor's duty room, I learned that the young man's treatment was critical: his left leg was infected and necrotic, and he had to be amputated as soon as possible. Although the risk of hemophilia surgery is very high, no one is willing to give up even one percent hope!

Then my mother and I came to their home, in a small and crowded house on Yongwaizheng Street. The pickle leftovers on the table silently tell the embarrassment of this family. When I left, I stuffed all the 400 yuan I had with me into my mother's hand. In the program that night, I played an interview recording and told the story of this family. After the program was broadcast, it caused great repercussions. My brother and sister drove the money to the radio station that night. When we raised more than 8000 yuan for charity and sent it to the hospital, my mother grabbed the straw and was about to kneel down. My son had the operation in time, and I stayed with my mother for five hours. The mother laughed and cried when the child was pushed out alive. However, three days later, the child finally failed to survive the postoperative crisis and left. The mother who got it and lost it cried heartbreakingly: I have no son, nothing! Looking at my grieving mother, I feel so helpless, so incompetent, so helpless. I silently accompanied her to tears, unable to bear or disturb the grief of a mother who lost her son.

The story is not over yet. In the following days, I visited my mother when I was free and took her to participate in social welfare activities. Under the influence of positive energy, the child's mother gradually walked out of the haze. In 2004, she took the initiative to participate in voluntary activities and became a hematopoietic stem cell volunteer. In 2007, she became a body and organ donor, and in 2008, she became a unpaid blood donor. She always said, I have nothing to worry about, and there is no other way to be grateful, only to repay the society with flesh and blood!

This is a bittersweet story. In our report, life has a new attitude. Although the strength of every journalist is meager, it can be gathered, from small to large, from weak to strong, and infinitely extended!

In our line of work, it is difficult to become famous if you are poor in news. But how can the pain of flesh and blood become a sensational tool, and how can the tragic disaster area become a personal show! I don't want to be a news reveler in a disaster. Once, I went all over the prison, visited criminals on death row and told them to help his family and reassure him. Once, I went to the hospital to comfort my mother with postpartum depression and make her happy. Once, I ran past the Women's Federation, seeking judicial channels for peasant women who suffered domestic violence and defending her dignity!

Journalists use loyalty to record the times and serve the people. We are confident to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of the party's journalism; We have the strength to give full play to the correct public opinion-oriented role of news; We have the responsibility to maintain the credibility of the media and practice the socialist core values. Because journalists are the conscience of society!

A good reporter tells a good story. Part II: The Marxist view of journalism is the fundamental guideline for the development of journalism in Socialism with Chinese characteristics. As for how to practice the Marxist view of journalism, we journalists who have been struggling at the grassroots level all the year round may not be accurate and comprehensive, but we have been full of passion, taking on the mission and trying to answer this question with actions.

Seeking truth from facts is the soul of Marxist view of journalism, and it is also the work style that journalists must adhere to. For TV news, pictures are the main way to prove the authenticity of news, which requires us TV reporters to seek truth from facts. Every news report should take a heavy camera to the scene and record the news process with a lens. No matter rain, snow, wind and frost, we are not afraid of difficulties and obstacles. As long as there is news demand, TV reporters are busy. Television news only lasts for one or two minutes, but behind this one or two minutes, it is often dozens of times the time and efforts paid by TV reporters.

On the 15th day of the first month of 20xx, xx was hit by a snowstorm once in 50 years. I photographed the situation that the municipal transportation department cleaned up the snow in expressway trunk line in time, and conveyed the travel information to the masses through pictures. While the news was being sorted out, my interview car was seriously rear-ended by a van. Sitting in the back row, my head hit the window, and I was bruised and dizzy for a long time, but I made it in time for my own responsibility, holding back the pain. In 20xx, my TV news message "Five-Star Red Flag Raised on Drilling Platform" won the first prize of xx Good News. In this minute's news, the solemn and passionate picture of raising the national flag expresses the love of the oil workers on the drilling platform for the motherland. But behind me and a colleague, after receiving the interview task, we sailed back and forth for three hours in a bumpy speedboat, stood on a lifting platform with only a few ropes, and waddled onto the largest deep-sea drilling platform in Asia with a camera and tripod weighing tens of pounds in the wind and waves. It was the strong seasickness that made me dizzy and vomited, and I felt weak when I walked back to land. In August of 20xx, flood control in Panjin entered a critical period. My colleagues and I collected news of government officials fighting floods on the levee, and the pictures showed the real scene of fighting floods. In order to shoot this news, two male colleagues and I trudged for more than two hours on the stormy and muddy flood control levee, soaked and covered with mud, and went into the flood control tents of various units to interview and shoot. At that time, there was lightning and thunder, and the mobile phone rang many times, but I didn't dare to answer it. I couldn't walk when I came back, and I almost collapsed in the mud. Fortunately, I met a cross-country jeep to deliver things to the flood fighters, so we were able to get a ride back. At that time, when interviewing in many difficult environments, I didn't feel any pain because I had a belief in my work. Now that I think about it, although I am a little scared, I still thank those unforgettable experiences for enriching my life.

Adhering to the correct direction of public opinion is the core of Marxist news view; Serving the people is the cornerstone of Marxist journalism. The key to combining these two points is to regard the people as the main body of news reports. Over the years, I have always adhered to the principle of "three close to the news", not afraid of hard work and fatigue, and went deep into the most basic and difficult places to interview and shoot grassroots people. Fields, factories and mines, and suburban fields are the news scenes I often visit. It is natural and common to go out early and come back late every day and work overtime on holidays. Sometimes New Year's Eve is also spent at work. On New Year's Day, I wrote a manuscript on the biting Binhai Avenue. I interviewed the gardener who guarded the green space under the street lamp on New Year's Eve. When the Spring Festival party was broadcast live, people's families were photographed living together for four generations to celebrate the Spring Festival. In my work, while taking the masses as the main body, I always put the correct public opinion orientation in the first place, and take the theme propaganda as an effective way to expand the mainstream ideological public opinion.

Because I know that as a reporter of the mainstream media, it is my responsibility and obligation to spread positive energy and launch works that are conducive to unity, stability, inspiring, positive publicity and popular among the masses. At the beginning of 20xx, I started to set up the TV news topic column "At the Grassroots Level", which created a news report form that TV media guided leading cadres to the grassroots level to solve problems and do practical things for the people in the province. With the journey of "going to the grassroots", hundreds of hot and difficult issues related to people's livelihood have been solved and paid attention to. Through the shooting of our program, the intercom doors of two low-rent houses in H District of Lankangqiao Community have been repaired; Ma XX, a girl with crooked feet in XX village, XX town, XX county, got a computer from the government, which set up a brand-new bridge for herself to communicate with the outside world. The residents of XX Town finally applied for the dream low-rent housing in a family of five in XX. Say goodbye to the days when I lived in a greenhouse; The very troublesome problem of paying taxes in different places in Dahuofang Reservoir drinking water project has been solved. The equipment inspection of Panjin Port is progressing smoothly, ensuring the smooth operation of the port. Sister Zhao Hu, a disabled migrant worker, has registered in Panjin, and obtained a certificate of subsistence allowance for marginal households, which has solved a series of troubles and is full of hope for life.

At work, as TV news reporters, we have to face three states of "walking on thin ice, feeling on pins and needles and feeling relieved" every day. When collecting news, I have a great responsibility. I have to consider the objectivity, timeliness and authority of news, and I am treading on thin ice; When the news is broadcast, I am afraid of omissions and mistakes, and I am sorry for the audience, so I am on pins and needles; After the news broadcast, if there is no negative voice and criticism and the effect is good, we can rest assured. We have to spend every day in this kind of pressure and suffering. Although we complained and wronged, we never thought of giving up. This persistence is not for the meager salary, but for the eternal love, awe and persistence of journalism.

As a female TV news reporter, I am always full of passion and responsibility for my work, and I will live up to my mission. However, I owe my family a lot. Because of my work, whenever my elderly parents or in-laws are hospitalized due to illness, I am the child who can only go to the hospital to take care of them at night. During the day, the careful care and care in front of the hospital bed all fell on my husband, brother and other family members. Because of my work, I have never participated in a parent-child activity in my son's kindergarten; Her husband is basically responsible for the daily shuttle from school to school; He goes to remedial classes, and most of them are accompanied by his father or grandparents; My promise to take him to play during holidays or holidays often becomes empty talk. I was brought up by my grandmother since I was a child, and I have deep feelings for her. A week before grandma died, I went back to my hometown to wait on her. She took my hand and said, "I'm much better." You are very busy at work. Hurry home! " "I thought grandma would really get better, so I rushed back to the unit. However, on July 6th, 20xx, when I participated in a collective interview in Liaodong Bay New District organized by the Propaganda Department, my grandmother passed away. She said to me, "I'm much better. You are very busy at work. Go home quickly! " "This became the last sentence she gave me! ! !

Over the years, in the long-term busy work, the sincere smile of the interviewee made me feel the warmth of being trusted; News works that have won provincial and municipal awards and audience recognition have made me enjoy the fruits of dedication; Honors such as "Top Ten Journalists in Liaoning Province" made me feel the joy of success. Looking back, I have tasted ups and downs and experienced joys and sorrows, but I have never regretted journalism and I have never given up.

Because I am most proud of "I am a TV reporter"! Thank you!

When I learned the content requirements of this speech contest, I couldn't help thinking of a question that I had been asking at the beginning of my career, and some young journalists who had just entered the profession asked me this question-that is, "How to be an excellent reporter?" How to write a good news? "I think, on the one hand, this problem proves our enthusiasm and passion for journalism, on the other hand, it also means that we are facing the most urgent and anxious problems, and these problems cannot be solved. So I stand here today and share my personal experience with you. The topic of my speech is to gather positive energy and tell a good story.

From reporters to webmasters, I personally think that a good reporter should take "the needs of the people" and "the wishes of the party" as important standards to measure his work. In other words, it is necessary to adhere to the Marxist view of journalism and the standards that the masses like to see and hear. To achieve this standard, we must adhere to the "four uses", that is, observe the objective world with our own eyes, listen to the people's voices with our own ears, go deep into the grassroots with our own feet, grasp the pulse of the times with our own thinking, and make the news written "with dew".

XX New District is the leading city in its development towards the sea. Since the establishment of the new district, I have been writing news about its development and construction. In May, 2007, the first big ship of XX shipbuilding industry was launched, which is the first output achievement since the implementation of the "five points and one line" development and opening-up strategy in our province, and it is of great significance. Before the ship was launched, my colleagues and I went deep into XX Bay New District again and interviewed the management committee leaders, shipyard workers and local people in detail. With years of accumulated materials and keen observation, he wrote "The Height of the Crown: Turning to the Sea at Five Points and One Line", which won the special prize of "Thematic News Publicity" and the first prize of good news in the province. On 20 10, my colleagues and I wrote and published a special issue of Binhai in XX New Area. We take bus No.30 every day to shuttle between Liaodong Bay New District and units, and go deep into the construction line to find the most vivid news. We insist on high planning, new perspective and deep interpretation. On the one hand, it pays attention to the development and construction of the new area, on the other hand, it digs up and sorts out the history of the Liaodong Bay New Area, so that people can feel the earth-shaking changes in the Liaodong Bay New Area in the past and present, and strengthen their confidence in developing to the sea. After the Shugang Railway was opened to traffic, I sorted out the development history of the railway in Liaodong Bay New Area with the title of "A Whistle Crossing a Hundred Years", so that readers can understand the development history of XX through the changes of the railway; The construction of XX Port has been upgraded, and we have sorted out the shipping history of the new area; The opening of Panjin Campus of Dalian University of Technology, the special issue starts with the rotary primary school built in 19 18, and reviews the century-old education history of Liaodong Bay New District ... as well as the fish and goose culture, rice culture and reed culture in XX New District. We not only recorded the current development situation of Liaodong Bay New District truly and objectively, but also combed and passed on the human history of XX New District. The publication of Binhai Special Issue has been recognized from top to bottom. XX New District once sent the "Binhai Special Issue" to the provincial Binhai Office as a result report. I think the success of Binhai Special Issue lies in the combination of "people's needs" and "party's wishes".

Tell me my humble opinion on good news. Reporter Li XX thinks that the standard of good news is: clear, concise, focused, detailed, attractive and can arouse people's goodwill. My personal understanding is that good news is to tell a wonderful story. What is the secret of writing good news? Is to tell stories. When the story is wonderful, the news is also wonderful.

I deeply felt this when I wrote the advanced deeds of Comrade Zhou XX, a good cadre who publicized the ideological and cultural front. Before entering the official interview, I did a lot of external interviews, including Comrade Zhou's comrades-in-arms, former colleagues, current subordinates, entrepreneurs who have coached, poor households who have helped, and collected as many materials as possible. During the interview, I was moved again and again. At first, Zhou XX was moved by himself. With the deepening of the interview, I heard the touching stories of his colleagues and friends, and found the shadow of Zhou in them. I was moved by this group. I think this is the power of example. In more than half a month after the interview, I read the interview notes again and again, sorted out Zhou's deeds, reported Zhou XX's story from an equal perspective, selected fresh people, vivid language and unforgettable scenes, and restored the image of a propaganda cadre who was loyal to his career, brave in innovation, rooted at the grassroots level and indifferent to fame and fortune. Many things happen. After the publication of four newsletters, it aroused strong social repercussions. I also got a spiritual baptism and growth in Zhou XX's story preaching. After that, I learned to "see" and "record" while "thinking" and "settling", thus gradually becoming a storyteller and a good reporter who can tell stories well. "

Mu Qing, a famous contemporary journalist, once said: "In such a magnificent era, if you can go deep, not afraid of suffering, have the spirit of dedication to the party and the people, and sing the passion of the great era with your heart, you are not afraid of not writing good things." This sentence applies to XX now and us in it.

Although Qiu Hao's hand is not light, the reporter, as a recorder of an era, records a heavy responsibility. I, as well as we, will continue to record the great changes of the times, witness the new development of the city, convey the positive energy of society, and tell you more about human stories and the dreams of all beings.

After receiving the task of "a good reporter tells a good story", I have been thinking: What kind of story should I tell on this occasion today? The standard of a "good reporter" is different in everyone's mind, but a "good story" should have a standard, that is, first, it can touch oneself, and second, these stories can convey a spirit, a positive energy and something that can represent this era. I think this story is a "good story"!

I have been engaged in journalism for 15 years. I have met many people and seen many things, but the interview that really impressed me was the 20 10 scene of the catastrophic mountain torrents and mudslides in Zhouqu, Gansu. 10 day interview, let me have a deeper understanding and feeling of the value of life, the power of human nature, the responsibility and responsibility of media people.

20 10 in the early morning of August 8, a catastrophic mountain torrent and debris flow disaster occurred in Zhouqu. As a member of the broadcast emergency report group of Gansu Radio and Television General Station, I set off from Lanzhou at 5 am that day. After arriving in Zhouqu, I was stunned by what I saw! The whole county was "opened" by a mudslide hundreds of meters wide. All the buildings below the second floor near the river were soaked in water, and many streets in the county were filled with mud. ...

In the afternoon, at the Sanyanyu mudslide rescue site, I interviewed Wang Wei, deputy squadron leader of Zhouqu Squadron of the Armed Police. Five members of the armed policeman's family were killed, including his wife and unborn child. When the rare mountain torrents and mudslides hit that night, Wang Wei led his comrades to risk their lives and tried to rescue 23 people in distress at the first time, but failed to go back and see their homes, which were only more than 500 meters away from their rescue location. When I interviewed him, the seven-foot man choked up several times. During the interview, he received a phone call from his hometown sister in Shaanxi. On the phone, Wang Wei kept telling her sister never to let her mother know. You can keep it a secret every day. Wang Wei told me that my parents have been looking forward to having grandchildren, and my wife made many small clothes and tiger-head shoes for her children when she was pregnant. Mother has a bad heart, and he is afraid that the old man will not be able to stand it when he knows. What Wang Wei said is fresh in my memory. He said: "I didn't get a call from my wife before the mudslide that night. This is my lifelong regret. Now my mobile phone is on 24 hours a day. I really hope that one day it will ring, and my family is on the other end of the phone. " Then he wiped away his tears and turned into the ruins behind him.

Afterwards, I thought more than once, from the perspective of human nature and feelings, if he left the villagers who were calling for help and rushed home to help, after all, it was only more than 500 meters, then it might be his pregnant wife and his parents-in-law. But just over 500 meters, Wang Wei did not take a step. It is the duty of a soldier to help people in distress around him without hesitation. At that time, the detachment leader of Gannan detachment, who was in command at the scene, asked Wang Wei to go down to rest. Wang Wei said, "Captain, just let me participate in the rescue on the spot, and I will feel much better if I save one more ordinary person ..."

In the next two years, I interviewed Wang Wei three times. Once, Wang Wei and I went to the memorial garden in Zhouqu. The names of more than 65,438+0,000 victims were carved on a wall. Wang Wei's wife's name is in the bottom row, but the font color is somewhat different from other names. Later, I learned that Wang Wei came here to chat with his wife as soon as he was free and kept touching her name. Behind the clank of iron bones is the deep feelings of men. ...

Yuan Yue Village in Zhouqu County is a devastated village, and the whole village was razed to the ground by mudslides. More than 700 people in the village, including those who worked and studied in other places, survived 59 people. Old party member He Jianzhou's wife, two children and eight relatives of his brother and sister-in-law were killed. He endured grief and led the surviving villagers to the front line of disaster relief. Csi works hard every day, so tired that he can't get up. He said that only in this way can we temporarily forget the pain of losing our loved ones. A week later, on the ruins of the village committee, when He Jianzhou led the activists to take a solemn oath to party flag, all the 1 1 party member present were in tears, because all their relatives were killed. At the scene, I interviewed Li Yanping, an activist who joined the Party. I asked him why he wanted to join the party. Li Yanping said, "Nothing else. I see what these old party member are doing every day. I want to follow them! " There was no rhetoric, but the voice of the people at that time was revealed: "party member will always be the backbone of the people in the disaster area!"

In Zhouqu, I am moved by the brilliance of human nature every day and shocked by various scenes. In Sanyanyu, the rescue scene of nearly 20,000 people shocked me; In Bailong River, I was shocked by the huge water wall rising in the blasting dammed lake. Outside the county seat, I was stunned by the sight of various rescue vehicles lining up for more than ten kilometers. The green of soldiers, the orange of fire fighters, the white of epidemic prevention personnel, the black of special police, the blue of traffic police, and the red of national flag, party flag, military flag, league flag, party member armband and volunteer ribbon, which can be seen everywhere in disaster areas, are so bright at this time. At the disaster relief site, I saw the Hui people who came from Lanzhou, Tibetan monks who came from temples in counties and districts around Gannan, and volunteers who traveled back and forth every day.

Speaking of volunteers, I'll tell you a story about a 22-year-old volunteer in Chongqing. In Zhouqu, one day is in the morning 1 later. I finished writing the manuscript and went to the bathroom. In a corner of the corridor, there is a thin young man with two newspapers on the ground. He sat there barefoot with his trousers rolled up. My intuition tells me that he should be a volunteer. When I wanted to interview him, the young man resisted: "I just arrived and didn't do anything." Don't interview me. " I said, then tell me how you got to Zhouqu. The young man told me that he came from Chongqing and was an assembler in an automobile factory. In the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake, he wanted to volunteer in the disaster area, but his family strongly opposed it. 20 10 Yushu earthquake in April, their car was persuaded to return to Xining. The young man said that I must go to Zhouqu as a volunteer this time! He invited seven companions from the Internet to go to Zhouqu. When the garage arrived in northern Sichuan, it was caught in a rainstorm, many roads were washed away, and all seven companions withdrew. But the young man made an amazing decision: to climb the mountain! He walked into the mountains for a day and a night, bypassed the washed-out highway, and then took six trains to Lianghekou Town, Zhouqu. At that time, because of traffic control, non-rescue vehicles were not allowed to enter the city, and the young man abruptly left 17 km into Zhouqu County. When I saw him that night, he was sitting there, unable to sleep because his feet hurt. Hearing his story, I was deeply shocked. We often say that the post-80s generation is a beat generation, and the post-90s generation is a generation that has not grown up. But what I want to say is that the post-80s and post-90s generation can still stand up the backbone of China!

I have been a journalist for more than ten years, including earthquakes, landslides, mudslides, mine accidents, fires, gas leaks, unannounced visits and so on. These interviews are all in the front line, and friends often ask me: Where did you get such great enthusiasm? I think, first of all, I am very grateful to the profession of journalist, because it gives me a platform to know all kinds of people. Their understanding of life, their bright spots in life are nourishing me, so that I will always have a heart that loves life! I am glad that I live in this great era, and I am glad that I have engaged in a career that I love very much. If anything urgent and dangerous happens in the future, I will still rush to the front line without hesitation, because I am a reporter!
