2. Floor renovation

Compared with the re-purchased floor, the old floor adapts to the indoor environment, with better stability and cheaper renovation cost. But it's risky. Not all floors are suitable for decoration. 3. Wall renovation
When decorating, the walls are generally renovated. We have three choices: one is to paint the wall, including the whole process of shoveling the wall skin, scraping putty and painting, which will be more troublesome and expensive, and it will take more energy if we want to change the color later. The second is to use anti-crack base treatment and lay non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth. The price of this will be different depending on the materials selected. Third, we can draw the blackboard and doodle by ourselves, but the operation is complicated and needs high aesthetics. In addition to the above three methods, we can also paste wallpaper, which will be more convenient, and we can often change the wall according to our own aesthetics.
4. Treat the demolished old things seriously.
When we are ready to rebuild the old house, we will tear down many things. Although most items have been dismantled, they can still be sold at a good price, which can save the decoration cost. Many workers will make suggestions and help dismantle what they want for free. Pay more attention at this time, generally its value will be higher. We'd better wait until all the waste products have been removed and sold together in batches, so as to make as much money as possible.
5. Demolition works
This is the easiest place to save money when decorating. Generally speaking, the decoration company will dismantle the tiles and walls according to the square meter quotation. If the demolition and replacement of the home is very large, it will be a huge expense. We can choose to find someone to decorate ourselves, and ask the decorator to tell him all the workload and let him give you a total price. This price is usually much lower than that of decoration companies, but the premise of this method is familiar people, otherwise the house may be smashed out of the hole.
Step 6 remove the floor tiles
In fact, for most people, old floor tiles can be removed. For example, when we want to lay a wooden floor, we can clean up the original floor tiles and lay them directly on them, which is smooth and convenient.
