Furthermore, the awareness of the rule of law and democracy in all walks of life is increasing day by day, and the demand for legal professionals is growing rapidly.
Trial teaching
All majors should pay attention to strengthening practical teaching. In theoretical teaching courses, we should set up practical teaching links, reform teaching methods, strengthen case teaching, add simulation training and legal method training links in theoretical teaching, and tap and enrich the innovation and entrepreneurship education resources of various professional courses.
Experiments, training and professional practice: According to the actual needs of professional teaching, all majors should independently set up experiments and training courses, organize professional practice and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education by using mock trials, legal clinics, professional laboratories, training bases and off-campus practice bases. The experimental, practical and professional practical courses should formulate the teaching syllabus, clarify the teaching purpose and basic requirements, and clarify the main contents of professional practice and the allocation of class hours. Professional practice time shall not be less than 10 week.
Social practice: each major should organize various forms of legal publicity and education activities according to the actual needs of the major, so that students can understand social life, cultivate their sense of social responsibility and enhance their ability of social activities. Social practice time shall not be less than 4 weeks.
