"Law and politics" is a word introduced from overseas, but it is not in our domestic law. In terms of its meaning, it should be equivalent to the "justice" we often use. It refers to the special activities of the state judicial organs and their staff in handling cases by law in accordance with legal authority and procedures. "Lawyer" is a profession engaged in legal activities.
One refers to activities and the other refers to positions.
