University history
Hangzhou Kindergarten Teachers College of Zhejiang Normal University, formerly known as Zhejiang Kindergarten Teachers College, was founded in 1953. It is the first independent preschool normal school in Zhejiang Province and the first batch in China. 1985 was identified by the Ministry of Education as a kindergarten teacher training project school of China government and UNICEF; 1993, enrollment of pre-school junior college students, "Zhejiang Kindergarten Teacher Training Center" was established; 1998 "Zhejiang kindergarten director training center" was established; 200 1, the school merged with Zhejiang Normal University and was renamed as "Zhejiang Normal University Hangzhou Preschool Teachers College", which laid a more solid foundation for the development of the college.
