As a small employee of the real estate cost management department, I am fortunate to get this opportunity. As a second-phase student, I can participate in this big plan of talent training. The excitement is beyond words.
In July of 20xx, I went to my study base-Hainan Branch of Beijing Construction Engineering Group with a feeling of anxiety. The work of my Ministry of Commerce is mainly divided into: contract system, settlement system and operation system. As the first main business, these jobs have relatively perfect workflow and standard templates.

It is necessary to collect complete and effective claim materials, find favorable claim points and claim basis through various channels such as contracts, quotas, standards and regulations, formulate scientific and effective claim plans, and organize these materials organically to form a reasonable and well-founded claim plan. Conversely, as the general contractor, we are also faced with the settlement problem with subcontractors and labor service companies. If I struggle for reconciliation with Party A, then the reconciliation with the contractor team will make me feel helpless and wronged. In the settlement with a contracting team, faced with unformed settlement data, data review, engineering quantity accounting and unit price adjustment, every task is very difficult. But what is more difficult is how to negotiate with the contractor and reach a settlement price smoothly on the premise of adhering to the principle and safeguarding the interests of the company. This involves the balance between the language art of conversation and speaking discretion.
After half a year in Hainan branch, I saw that the young Hainan branch encountered many challenges on the road of rapid development, such as various irregularities and imperfections in the market and local protectionism. But the leaders who fought in the front line gave me a lot of touch and education with practical actions. They always adhere to the purpose of building buildings and educating people for many years, and never forget to maintain our responsible image of state-owned enterprises, and never forget to safeguard the interests of the company and reduce its expenses. In addition, my work and life in Hainan have made me deeply understand the following points: First, take the initiative. Actively communicate with others. On the occasion of the good start of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the Group intensified the development and training of talents, built a broad platform for young people to learn and grow, and inherited, developed and radiated the excellent accumulation of various companies over the years within the Group.
In order to better carry out this project, as an early witness of the group's "big project talent training plan", I have the following ideas for reference. Please forgive my one-sided shortcomings.

The understanding and knowledge of leaders and students at all levels of all units and departments on the "talent training plan for large projects", especially the top leaders or backbones of each company, department and project, directly determines the degree of attention to this matter, and its implementation will definitely affect the actual effect.

What is the most fundamental purpose of the "big project talent training plan"? Pay attention to learning, communication, or both? Because the students will eventually return to the sending unit, it is bound to consume the precious time, limited manpower and scarce resources of the receiving unit, and it will also be accompanied by various expenses. So, who will bear these? The role of the receiving unit is to be a free school? As students, what is our greatest mission? Learn from the scriptures, preach, or both? Do you focus on what you need to study with peace of mind, or on the tasks of the receiving unit?

Personally, I participate in this project and often communicate with other students, and generally feel at a loss. In the process of learning, supporting measures such as guidance, encouragement, evaluation, supervision and guarantee are very important and essential. Then, is the guidance, encouragement, assessment and supervision of the dispatched students unified by the group or freely exerted by all units? How can these measures actively promote this work, so that the original unit can feel at ease, the students can feel at ease, and the receiving unit can feel at ease? More specific rules and standards need to be formulated in advance. Just like when we build a house, we don't just build several residential buildings, but the corresponding municipal, greening, education, medical care, living and other supporting facilities should be improved.
Fourth, improve the system-establish and improve the access, exit and use mechanisms.
