Why are 53 real estate agents in Beijing cancelled for filing?

After the implementation of the "3 17" new property market policy, the law enforcement inspection of real estate agencies carried out by the law enforcement department of Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has been going on continuously. At present, 53 real estate brokerage agencies and branches have been canceled for filing due to illegal acts such as publishing false listing information, operating in different places, and operating illegally. In the future, these 53 real estate agencies and branches will no longer be allowed to engage in real estate brokerage business.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Construction and Construction Committee said that the law enforcement inspection of the real estate market order will continue uninterrupted, and the Municipal Construction and Construction Committee will continue to intensify joint law enforcement investigations with the departments of development and reform, industry and commerce, local taxation and banking supervision. Joint punishment will be implemented to ensure that regulatory policies and measures are implemented.
