Urumqi High School has Urumqi Senior Middle School.
Urumqi Senior High School, founded in 1946, is located in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. As of February 2023, the campus covers an area of 1.26 mu, which is a model high school at the autonomous region level. The headmaster is Wei Lixin, the party secretary is Mohammad Yakov, and the school motto is "patriotism, unity, self-improvement and innovation".
As of February, 2023, Urumqi Senior Middle School has 30 1 staff, including 267 full-time teachers, including 4 special-grade teachers and 22 teachers with senior titles. Urumqi Senior Middle School, formerly known as Dihua No.2 Girls' Middle School. In September, 1969, it was renamed Urumqi No.14 Middle School.
In May 2004, Urumqi No.6 Middle School and No.14 Middle School jointly established Urumqi Senior Middle School. The high school campus covers an area of 1.26 mu, of which the green area exceeds 20%. There are three teaching buildings (one for each grade), a science and technology building, a sports building, a student apartment, a student bathroom and a three-story student canteen.
There is a student library with nearly 200,000 books, two student psychology rooms, two digital laboratories and two robot studios. There is a plastic sports ground, a football field, twelve basketball courts and two underground comprehensive sports fields.
