Is there a subway in Hainan?

No 19 as of August, 2023, there is no subway in Hainan Province, and Haikou City, Hainan Province has planned four rail transit lines, namely 1 line, line 2, line 3 and line 4. Among them, line 1 is a tram, and the other three lines are subway lines, but construction has not yet started.
