Administrative distribution of land

The administrative allocation of land refers to the behavior that the people's government at or above the county level, with the approval of the law, delivers the land to the land users after paying the compensation and resettlement fees, or delivers the land use right to the land users free of charge. The paid use of state-owned land originated in Shenzhen. The Interim Provisions on Land Management in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone promulgated by 1982 stipulates for the first time that commercial land should be supplied by administrative allocation. Merchants who need to use land in special economic zones can issue land use certificates after completing relevant procedures. The longest service life of industrial land is 30 years, and the longest service life of commercial land is 20 years. With the expiration of the first batch of operating land (20-year use right) obtained by administrative allocation in Shenzhen, the expiration of state-owned land use right broke out for the first time in Shenzhen.
