O certificate, also known as mechanical and electrical certificate, corresponds to mechanical and electrical products.
Certificate 7 is mainly aimed at stainless steel and minerals, and is mainly used for heavy industry certification. It is also used for individual foods. But in general, it can be called the import license of other commodities except mechanical and electrical certificates.
O card is a mechanical and electrical import license, which can be handled in two ways. To apply for an O card, you need to fill in the Mechanical and Electrical Import License Form, and the name of the card is Automatic Import License.
Certificate 7 is also an automatic license, which refers to the import license of other commodities except mechanical and electrical certificates. Including import licenses for important industrial products, are all 7 certificates.
When you apply for a permit, you must know what kind of permit you need to apply for. You can't just say that you need to apply for an O card or a 7 card. The forms you fill in are different, and the windows in big cities may be different.
2.7 elements of accreditation:
1. After you know that the two certificates are different, you should fill in the application form accordingly. 7. You can fill in the application for certificate online and submit it to the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China (PRC) for preliminary examination.
2. After approval, together with the contract and the license application form stamped with the official seal, go to MOFTEC for evidence collection.
3. The license is made in triplicate, with the blue copy as the newspaper copy for equipment import declaration, the yellow copy as the bank payment copy for foreign exchange settlement and the red copy as the bottom copy.
Third, the O card processing process:
1. Copy of business license, approval certificate (foreign-invested enterprise) and qualification certificate of foreign trade and economic cooperation;
Chinese versions of two import contracts. In the import contract or contract annex, the inspection clauses of products based on various technical indicators shall be specified according to the provisions of national laws and regulations on safety, hygiene and environmental protection; For special equipment or large-scale second-hand complete sets of equipment, clauses such as pre-inspection before shipment and loading supervision should also be stipulated in the exporting country;
3. Fill in the Application Form for Import of Mechanical and Electrical Products stamped with the official seal of the importer;
4. A written application stating the basic information of the enterprise, the import reason, the quantity, use, service life and present situation of the imported products, and the sales of the enterprise products at home and abroad, etc. ;
5. Test description reports and photos provided by professional testing institutions or equipment suppliers, indicating the manufacturing life, service life, equipment status and main technical parameters of the equipment;
6. If an import and export company is entrusted to import, three copies of the import agency agreement and the business license of the import and export company shall be submitted;
7. If the import is for domestic sales, the domestic sales contract shall be submitted in triplicate;
9. If used construction machinery is imported, a project contract shall also be submitted;
8. Other materials that should be submitted according to relevant regulations. Such as measuring instruments, tobacco machinery, radio transmitting equipment, satellite TV receiving equipment, audio-visual reproduction production equipment, cotton spinning equipment, color copying machines, printing equipment, etc. , and submit the project approval documents of relevant departments.
