Step 5: Fill in the volunteers in batches.
Online volunteering is done in batches. When filling in, candidates need to fill in the enrollment codes of colleges and majors to be filled in batches in turn, and then the system will automatically display the names of the corresponding colleges and majors according to the enrollment codes. After a batch is completed, candidates should click "OK" to save.
Step 6: Check and verify
After entering the institution code and major code, click the "Next" button, and the online volunteering system will convert the filled code into the corresponding institution and major, and the name of the institution and major will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates should carefully read the prompt information on the screen and carefully verify whether the schools and majors displayed are what they want to fill in. If it is not, or the words "invalid college" or "invalid major" in red font indicate code error, it must be corrected according to the correct code. If you want to modify or fill in the volunteers, you can click "Back" to return to the filling interface to modify or fill in the volunteers.
Step 7: Quit the voluntary declaration system.
