Welcome to our hospital. The elderly and their families should abide by the rules and regulations of our hospital. The relevant provisions are hereby notified as follows. Thank you for your cooperation.

First, sign-in management

(a) the elderly should meet the following conditions:

1, over 60 years old (inclusive), with permanent residence in this city;

2. No infectious diseases, mental diseases, serious cardiovascular diseases or other diseases that are not suitable for group life and feeding.

(two) when the elderly are admitted to the hospital, I and my family members should truthfully state their physical condition, temperament, illness, medication and other information to facilitate hospitalization care. I and my family are responsible for the consequences caused by concealing my medical history.

(three) the elderly should have a guarantor; If the elderly admitted to the hospital belong to a person with limited or no capacity for civil conduct, they must also have a guardian determined according to law.

Second, the accommodation management

1. The elderly admitted to the hospital must bring their own necessary clothes and daily necessities, and our hospital can handle bedding and daily toiletries;

Please don't take a lot of cash and valuables with you when you are in the hospital. The hospital does not undertake the custody of cash and valuables. If it is stolen during the period of self-storage, the responsibility shall be borne by itself;

3. Except for small radios, household appliances such as MP3, mobile phones, notebook computers, stereos, refrigerators and desktop computers are not allowed to be brought into the hospital for use;

4. The clothes, quilts and other items changed by the hospitalized elderly during the season change shall be brought back by their families and shall not be stored in the hospital;

5, the elderly are not allowed to smoke indoors;

6. The schedule of the hospital is from 6 to 22.

7. Relatives, friends and other outsiders are not allowed to stay in the hospital;

Third, visit management.

1. Visiting hours for relatives and friends are from Monday to Sunday, from 8: 00 am to 1 1: 00 pm and from 2: 30 pm to18: 00 pm;

2. During the visiting hours, if the elderly in the same room are "nursing", the family members of the opposite sex should consciously avoid it;

3. Old people with second-and third-level care can apply for a tourist card and should go through the formalities of asking for leave when they leave the hospital; If the elderly with first-class and above care need to leave the hospital temporarily, their relatives and friends should go through the formalities of asking for leave and take it back.

4. When tourists bring food for the elderly, they should choose according to the swallowing function and eating ability of the elderly; If you don't know the swallowing function and eating ability of the elderly, you can consult the nursing staff.

Fourth, nursing management

1. If the elderly who are admitted to the hospital request to improve the nursing level and adjust the housing and beds, the hospital will make arrangements according to the needs and possibilities; When the health status and self-care ability of the hospitalized elderly change, the hospital can inform the hospitalized elderly to adjust and change the nursing level after evaluation and confirmation.

2. If the mental state of the hospitalized elderly changes and the consequences of their actions cannot be identified, they shall apply to the legal appraisal institution for appraisal. After identification, the elderly admitted to the hospital belong to limited capacity for civil conduct or no capacity for civil conduct, and their guardians shall be determined according to law.

3. If the hospital informs the family members that the elderly are hospitalized with sudden illness, the family members should immediately take the elderly to the hospital for treatment; When the elderly go out for medical treatment and return to the hospital, they shall truthfully inform the hospital of the medical treatment and the doctor's handling opinions, and provide medical records. If the elderly are discharged from the hospital because their family members request to stop treatment and refuse the doctor's treatment advice, the hospital has the right to refuse the elderly to return to the hospital.

4. When the hospitalized elderly go out for medical treatment, they should provide their medical records and doctors' orders for medication, and the nursing staff should make written records; Elderly people with first-class and above nursing level who go out for medical treatment and use drugs should be entrusted to hospitals with drug distribution agreements for unified custody and distribution.

5. Injectable drugs should be used in the hospital for the first time before being brought into the hospital, but high-risk injectable drugs such as mannitol are not allowed to be used in the hospital.

6. If the elderly who are admitted are abnormal due to illness or other reasons, which may cause self-injury or injury, and should be given protective restraint measures according to the doctor's advice, their families should be present. In the absence of medical advice, the hospital can refuse to take protective restraint measures if family members ask for it.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) charge management

1, the elderly should pay all the agreed fees in time. If the hospital adjusts the charging standard according to regulations or agreements, the elderly admitted to the hospital should pay according to the adjusted new standard.

2. If the hospitalized elderly take leave to go out (including going out for medical treatment and metallurgical treatment), they shall pay the custody fee in full, and the nursing fee and meals shall be calculated on a daily basis, and other expenses shall be calculated according to the facts.

Six, other provisions

1. The hospital will not reserve beds for the elderly who have been hospitalized for more than 60 days.

2, the elderly should abide by other relevant provisions of the hospital.

3. The hospital has the right to deal with the elderly who violate the regulations of the hospital and disturb the working and living order of the hospital. In serious cases, the hospital has the right to terminate the old-age service agreement.
