From Zhuangzi's Chapter: The Third Health Master.
Original text: "My life is also limited, and my knowledge is also limited. With restrictions, there is no restriction, and it is almost there! It's almost enough for people who already know! Good has no near name, and evil has no near punishment. The Governor thinks that he can protect himself, support his relatives all his life, and work for many years. " Human life is limited, but knowledge is infinite. It is a failure to pursue infinite knowledge with limited life.
I already know this fact, but I still have to do it. Failure is certain. Do good things without seeking fame and gain, do bad things without violating the criminal law, and follow the laws of nature as the law of doing things, so that you can save your life, nature, spirit and family.
A Brief Introduction to Zhuangzi's Part "The Third Master of Health Preservation";
This is an article about keeping in good health. "Health advocate" refers to the basic elements of health care.
Zhuangzi believes that the way to keep fit is to conform to nature and forget feelings, instead of being left behind by the outside world. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part is "You can spend a whole year", which is the outline of the whole article. It is pointed out that the most important thing of health preservation is to realize the "fate of thinking about classics", that is, to inherit the virtual Tao in things and adapt to the changes and development of nature.
In the second book How to Keep Healthy, the chef's decomposition of the cow body is a metaphor for human health, which shows that life and work should be "based on its nature" and "according to heaven", and "having space" in the middle can be "comfortable" and avoid the entanglement of right and wrong and contradictions.
The rest is the third part, which further explains that the sage is stuck in things, Enser's mood is erratic, in harmony with nature, safe and smooth, sometimes poor, full of nature, and achieves his attitude towards life. This is basically understood by Wen.
However, Zhuangzi wanted to express much more than that. The center of Zhuangzi's thought is that there is no freedom, and the other is that it goes against human nature. Although the lines in this article are about keeping in good health, they actually reflect the author's philosophy and life purpose.
