① No smoking while driving;
② Non-drivers may not smoke;
(3) It is forbidden to work in spite of illness;
(4) No one is allowed to ride except the driver and chain-breaker;
(5) Blasting equipment is not allowed to be transported on the locomotive;
6. No overload operation;
⑦ Electric braking is not allowed in non-emergency situations;
(8) It is not allowed to top the car (when it is necessary to top the car in special circumstances, the speed should be slower, and the raymond mill manufacturer must have a chain hanger in front to command and tie up the links of the harvesters).
(9) To achieve "six attentions":
(1) When turning and crossing, the locomotive should whistle in advance to reduce the speed and ensure braking in lOm;
(2) The locomotive should slip through the turnout with the help of inertia force to prevent it from falling off the track;
(3) When two locomotives are driving in the same direction on the same track, they should slow down, and the distance is not less than 50m.
(4) When parking, the pantograph must be pulled down, and the manual braking is reliable. Pull down the main switch and remove the reversing handle (or key);
⑤ When checking the locomotive, the power supply must be cut off, and the main control handle should be set to zero to stop the locomotive;
