Originally, the computer could open the bearer network, but it disappeared when it was accidentally disabled, and now it can't open the bearer network.

Accidentally disabled the managed network, right?

Open the device manager.

In the view, select Show Hidden Devices.

Then find "Microsoft Managed Network Virtual Adapter" in the Network Adapter of the device category and enable it.

You can then use the netsh wlan start hostednetwork command to start the managed network.
