Institutions of regional education system:
In order to continuously optimize the construction of teachers, according to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry of Personnel) and the Four-year Action Plan for the Construction of Teachers in Putuo District, with the consent of the District Personnel Bureau, the open recruitment of teachers in 2009 is now organized and implemented. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Recruitment Plan
System-wide * * 97 institutions openly recruit 40 1 teachers. Please refer to the Information Form of Open Recruitment of Teachers in Putuo District Education System in 2009 (see annex) for the specific recruitment units, positions and numbers.
Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Love the party's education, consciously abide by national laws and regulations, conscientiously implement the teacher's ethics, adhere to the people-oriented, rigorous teaching, care for students, and be a model;
(2) Having the corresponding teacher qualifications, as well as the corresponding Putonghua and computer qualifications;
Kindergarten teachers should have college education or above; Under the same conditions, bachelor degree or above is preferred. Primary and secondary school teachers should have a bachelor's degree or above; Under the same conditions, graduate education is preferred;
4. Physical and mental health, no more than 45 years old;
Teachers over the age of 40 should have the qualifications of senior middle school teachers; Teachers aged 35 to 40 should have intermediate teacher qualifications; Applicants with junior teachers and below must obtain corresponding honorary titles or grand prix awards;
(six) when recruiting and introducing non-Shanghai fresh college students and in-service teachers from other provinces and cities, it shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements of relevant urban documents;
Seventh, the primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the northwest area of Putuo should be properly inclined when recruiting students under the same conditions;
Eight pairs of outstanding high-level talents can be discussed separately with reference to the relevant measures for introducing talents in Putuo District.
