Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the education, public security and judicial departments, and in combination with the actual situation of the College.
Article 2 Fujian Police College (GB code 1 1495) is the only police college in Fujian Province that trains advanced applied talents for Fujian public security and judicial administrative organs. The level of running a school is undergraduate with a four-year academic system.
Article 3 The College is a public undergraduate college, sponsored by the Fujian Provincial People's Government, with the provincial public security department in charge and the provincial education department in charge of business management and guidance.
Article 4 The main campus of the College (Shoushan Campus) is located at No.59 Shoushan Road, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and the Jingxi Campus is also established.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 5 The College shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be responsible for the enrollment work of the whole college, and set up an enrollment office (subordinate to the Student Affairs Office) to organize and implement the enrollment work; The College Commission for Discipline Inspection (Ombudsman's Office) carries out the whole process of supervision and accepts the inspection and supervision of the higher authorities.
Chapter III Enrollment Majors and Charging Standards
Article 6 The enrollment plan for the general college entrance examination in 2020 has been approved by the Fujian Provincial Department of Education. Public security and judicial police majors recruit high school graduates for Fujian province, while general majors recruit high school graduates for Fujian province and other provinces. There are nine majors in public security: investigation, economic crime investigation, domestic security, drug control, public security, traffic management engineering, criminal science and technology, police command and tactics, network security and law enforcement. Judicial police major has prison science major; General majors include law, administration and information security. The enrollment major and plan of the school in 2020 shall be subject to the announcement of Fujian Education Examinations Institute.
Article 7 Tuition: 5,200 yuan/academic year for ten majors, such as investigation, economic crime investigation, domestic security, drug control, public security, traffic management engineering, criminal science and technology, police command and tactics, network security and law enforcement, and administrative management, and 4,800 yuan/academic year for three majors, such as prison science, law and information security (Fujian price fee [20 14]).
Article 8 Accommodation fee: charged by academic year. Each dormitory is equipped with air conditioning, which is divided into 900 yuan, 800 yuan and 500 yuan according to the accommodation conditions, and the air conditioning fees of 70 yuan (6 people) and 50 yuan (8 people) are charged.
Article 9 The management of agency fees and related fees shall be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Regulating the Management of Fees in Colleges and Secondary Vocational Schools (No.435 [2005] of Fujian Price Bureau, Provincial Department of Finance and Provincial Department of Education).
Article 10 If there is any change in the above charging standards, it shall be subject to the approval of the price department of Fujian Province.
Chapter IV Requirements for Candidates Majoring in Public Security and Judicial Police
Article 11 According to the special requirements of the people's police work, the college must go through political examination, physical examination, interview and physical fitness assessment (hereinafter referred to as interview) when recruiting candidates majoring in public security and judicial police, and be admitted in advance at the undergraduate level. The interview place is Shoushan Campus, and the interview time is generally arranged in early August. The specific time and requirements will be notified separately by Fujian Education Examinations Institute or detailed in the announcement of our admissions website.
Article 12 Political investigation: The public security organ at the domicile or place of residence shall conduct political investigation according to the content requirements in the Questionnaire for Enrollment of Public Security Majors in Public Security Colleges, and the investigation opinions are qualified.
Article 13 Age requirements: 16 years old but under 22 years old (1 September 19981born between 365438 and August 0, 2004), unmarried.
Article 14 Physical conditions: refer to the relevant provisions on the recruitment of people's police by public security organs. For details, please refer to General Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 140 (Trial)) and Special Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa No.82 (Trial)). At the same time, the following conditions should also be met:
(1) Height: male 168 cm or above, female 160 cm or above.
(2) Body mass index: male is between 17.3 ~ 27.3, female is between 17. 1 ~ 25.7. [Body mass index (kg/m 2)= weight (kg)÷ height 2(m2)]
(3) Unilateral naked eye vision: above 4.8.
(4) no stuttering, no color blindness, weak color, sensitive sense of smell, and no hard of hearing in both ears.
(five) the facial features are correct, and there are no obvious features or defects on the face; No humpback whales; No tattoos; Non-bowlegged; There is no obvious eight-character step; No third degree simple goiter; No disability.
(6) Blood pressure is normal.
(seven) if there are other physical defects, the leading group for college enrollment will study and decide whether it is qualified.
Fifteenth interview requirements: mainly from the motivation, verbal expression, physical coordination and other aspects, to determine whether the candidates are suitable for the work of the people's police.
Article 16 Physical fitness assessment: If three or more items in table 1 are qualified, the conclusion of physical fitness assessment is qualified.

Article 17 The proportion of female students accounts for 10% of the enrolled students. For details, please refer to the enrollment plan manual published by Fujian Education Examinations Institute.
Article 18 The foreign language used in professional teaching and training is English.
Chapter V Requirements for General Professional Candidates
Nineteenth general majors require candidates to pass the ideological and political moral assessment; The physical health status meets the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities and related supplementary provisions promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students, and there is no need for political examination, physical examination, interview or physical fitness assessment. The foreign language used in professional teaching and training is English.
Chapter VI Access Principles
Article 20 The principles of enrollment in colleges and universities are: fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission based on the results of the national unified examination for enrollment in colleges and universities in all provinces in 2020.
Article 21 Admission principles for public security majors: the provisions on early admission for undergraduate courses in literature, history and science and engineering in Fujian Province shall be implemented. Fujian Education Examinations Institute files candidates who have passed the political examination, physical examination, interview and physical fitness assessment according to the ratio of the number of male and female enrollment plans in each district (Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone) 1︰ 1.2, and ranks qualified candidates from high score to low score. In the case of the same score, students are given the same priority first, and then sorted by the scores of arts and sciences from high to low. The ranking order of subjects shall be subject to the provisions of Fujian Province. The major arrangement is based on the enrollment mode of "clear major" within the enrollment plan number 1 1, and there is no difference in major level. If there is withdrawal, candidates will be admitted according to the above rules.

Article 23 Admission principle for general majors: The provisions on the second batch of undergraduate courses in literature, history, science and engineering shall be implemented. The major arrangement adopts the admission mode of "Ming major", and there is no difference in professional level.
Twenty-fourth candidates whose physical conditions in electronic files do not meet the professional admission requirements of our college or whose reported majors are full and unwilling to obey professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Twenty-fifth new students, the college re-examination. Anyone who does not meet the requirements or obtains the admission qualification by deception will be disqualified once verified.
Chapter VII School Management and Graduation Treatment
Twenty-sixth students of all majors wear uniforms of the people's police and student signs, and implement public security management in accordance with the Regulations on Public Security Management in Public Security Colleges.
Twenty-seventh colleges set up school scholarships, and students with excellent academic performance can apply for national scholarships and school scholarships.
Twenty-eighth students with poor family economic life can apply for financial aid projects such as student loans, "green channels", national inspirational scholarships, national grants, tuition fee remission, work-study programs, and temporary assistance.
Article 29 Students who have completed the contents specified in the professional training program within the study period specified by the college, completed the required credits after passing the examination and met the graduation requirements specified by the college, are allowed to graduate, reported to the Ministry of Education for electronic registration, and awarded the undergraduate diploma of Fujian Police College. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.
Article 30 The employment of students majoring in public security shall be implemented in accordance with the spirit of the document Opinions on the Reform of the Recruitment and Training System of Public Security Professionals in Public Security Colleges (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]106) issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other six departments. The employment of graduates of other majors shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national policies and regulations.

Article 32 The articles of association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Fujian Police College. If there are any changes, the Measures for the Enrollment of Public Security Judicial Police Majors in Fujian Public Security Colleges in 2020 shall prevail.
