1June, 936, Deng Ruoceng was born in Baisha Town, Jiangjin, Sichuan (now Baisha Town, Chongqing). 1955 joined the Sichuan Volleyball Team, 1959 joined the National Volleyball Training Team and 1960 became the captain of the China Men's Volleyball Team. He has participated in many international competitions. 1958 won the title of athlete. His team 1959 won the 8th place in Europe, Asia and America, 1962 won the 9th place in the 5th World Men's Volleyball Championship, 1963 won the 1st place in the New Power Games, and 1 966 won the 9th place in the 6th World Men's Volleyball Championship.
From 65438 to 0979, he became the head coach of China women's volleyball team.
