3. "Special-purpose drugs" (that is, third-line drugs): drugs with good curative effect and high price, drugs with little clinical data on the curative effect or safety of special drug-resistant bacteria or newly marketed antibacterial drugs, or drugs that need clinical protection to prevent bacteria from developing drug resistance too quickly, should be strictly controlled for indications or have conclusive evidence, and used with the consent of relevant experts or undergraduate directors, and their prescriptions must be signed by deputy directors and chief physicians.

4. The classification management catalogue of antibacterial drugs in our hospital covers all antibacterial drugs, and the classification management level should be clearly defined at the same time when introducing new drugs.

The Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Committee of medical institutions should earnestly perform the function of guiding their own rational drug use, carry out clinical pharmacy work with rational drug use as the core, strengthen the education, training and supervision on the rational use of antibacterial drugs by medical staff, establish and improve the hierarchical management system of antibacterial drugs in accordance with the provisions of "unrestricted use", "restricted use" and "special use", clarify the prescription authority of doctors to use antibacterial drugs, and prevent and correct unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs.
