Green building refers to a high-quality building that saves resources, protects the environment, reduces pollution, provides people with healthy, applicable and efficient use space, and maximizes the harmony between man and nature.
Green buildings are divided into basic, one-star, two-star and three-star grades from low to high. * * * Public buildings shall be built according to the standard of more than one star; Super high-rise and over-limit high-rise buildings are built according to three-star standards; Encourage other civil buildings to be built according to the grade standard of more than one star.
Where is the "green" of green buildings?
Encourage new civil buildings to adopt the following green building technologies:
(1) Intelligent building and assembled building technology; ?
(two) information technology such as building information model;
(three) renewable energy and clean energy application technology; ?
(four) building shading, high-performance external wall insulation and high-performance doors and windows technology; ?
(five) rainwater and reclaimed water utilization technology; ?
(six) high-strength steel bars and high-performance concrete, recycled aggregate concrete technology; ?
(seven) construction waste resource utilization technology; ?
(eight) other green building technologies.
New green buildings should combine local climate and natural resource conditions, and make rational use of renewable energy such as solar energy, geothermal energy and air energy. Water-saving facilities and appliances should be adopted, and non-traditional water sources such as rainwater and reclaimed water should be given priority in landscape water, greening water and road washing water.
