Conditions for taking all subjects (five subjects):
Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification examination of registered consulting engineer (investment).
1, having been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 8 years after graduating from engineering technology or engineering economics;
2, engineering technology or engineering economics after graduation, engaged in engineering consulting related business for 6 years;
3. After graduating from the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering technology or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 4 years;
4. After obtaining a master's degree in engineering technology or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 3 years;
5. After obtaining a doctorate in engineering technology or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 2 years;
6. Those who have obtained the above-mentioned education or degree in non-engineering technology and engineering economics will have a corresponding increase of 2 years in engineering consulting-related business years;
7. Other conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Personnel and the State Development Planning Commission.
Description of registration conditions:
1. Anyone who meets the requirements specified in (1), whether retired or not, can sign up for the qualification examination of registered consulting engineer (investment).
2. The "working years" specified in (1) refers to the total time for applicants to engage in engineering consulting-related business, and the deadline is the end of the year of examination registration, calculated according to the "first anniversary".
3. The "engineering technology" major mentioned in (1) refers to all science and engineering majors specified by the Ministry of Education; The so-called "engineering economy" majors include engineering management, investment economy, technical economy, project management and economic management. The requirements for academic qualifications in the registration conditions refer to the national academic series recognized by the Ministry of Education.
4. The "engineering consulting related business" mentioned in (1) refers to the eight service areas stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Qualification of Engineering Consulting Units (Revised) issued by the former State Planning Commission, namely, planning consulting, project proposal preparation, project feasibility study report preparation, evaluation consulting, engineering design, bidding consulting, engineering supervision and management consulting, and engineering consulting management, investment construction management and management consulting related to these eight service areas.
5. (2) The "unqualified persons" mentioned in 1 refer to those who meet the assessment conditions but fail due to quantity control. The list of these personnel is provided by the Office of the National Leading Group for Accreditation of Professional Qualifications of Registered Consulting Engineers (Investment).
6. (II) The "main winners" mentioned in 2 refer to all the personnel listed in the first, second and third prizes of outstanding research achievements issued by the former State Planning Commission (formerly known as the Science and Technology Progress Award), the first, second and third prizes of national outstanding engineering consulting achievements issued by China Engineering Consulting Association, and the award certificates or award lists of outstanding engineering design, engineering survey gold, silver and bronze awards issued by the Ministry of Construction.
The engineering qualification certificates mentioned in 7.4 are limited to the first-class registered architects, first-class registered structural engineers, registered urban planners, cost engineers and supervision engineers issued by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel.
2. Registration management:
Those who pass the qualification examination for consulting engineers shall be awarded the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Consulting Engineer Qualification Certificate" printed by the Ministry of Personnel and stamped by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction by the personnel (vocational reform) departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The certificate is valid nationwide.
Personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of consulting engineer shall apply for registration to the construction department of the province (autonomous region or municipality) where they are located.
