Over the past year, under the leadership of the District Education Bureau and under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, the district teaching and research section has focused on the curriculum reform closely around the main points of work in 2009, and actively explored new ways and methods to adapt to the new curriculum reform and build effective teaching and research. Relying on the collective wisdom of the teaching and research section team, it successfully completed the annual work task and won the honors of advanced unit of municipal teaching and research work and advanced unit of municipal school-based teaching and research.

First, focus on innovating the management of curriculum reform and make new breakthroughs in solving the "three difficulties" of curriculum reform.

1, the curriculum is crucial. Under the leadership of the District Education Bureau, our bureau conscientiously implemented the document E-J [2002] 17 to guide all kinds of schools in the compulsory education stage to implement the curriculum plan. Every time we go to a school, we first look at the school's "one class schedule" and firmly grasp the key points of opening all courses, opening enough classes and opening each course. In addition to using the opportunity of school work inspection every semester to urge schools to implement it, this work is also a must-check item for school group supervision every month.

2. Solve the difficulties of curriculum reform. Schools find it difficult to construct comprehensive practical activities and local and school courses. On the basis of the Recommended Catalogue of Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools in Dongbao District released last year, this year we formulated the Curriculum Plan for Local and School Comprehensive Practical Activities in Compulsory Education in Dongbao District (Trial), which further clarified the objectives and tasks of the curriculum, the content and hours of the curriculum, and the specific requirements for implementation and evaluation. In September, the comprehensive practice activities of the school and the exchange activities between local and school curriculum construction were carried out in Hongqi Primary School, and then the teaching and research group of the comprehensive practice activity center and the network teaching and research group were established. With Hongqi Primary School as the leader, small topic research as the basic form, typical guidance and discussion, new exploration and thinking have been made in curriculum development and school-based implementation, and four classes, such as case study, method navigation, stage exchange and achievement display, have basically taken shape.

3. Solve the difficulties in the course implementation. How to improve the quality of education and teaching in the whole region? This year, we focus on the connection between primary and secondary education and teaching. From March to April, the thesis selection activity was carried out in primary and secondary schools in the whole region, and nearly 200 papers were received. Teachers and researchers in Chinese, mathematics, English and other disciplines conduct in-depth research on primary and secondary education in the whole region, write research articles and conduct exchanges in the whole region. On April 2 1, a seminar on "Connecting Primary and Secondary Schools" was held in Zi Ling Middle School. Based on the current situation of English teaching in primary and secondary schools, English teaching researcher Yang wrote the article "Connecting English Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools", which was exchanged at the Third National Junior Middle School English Teachers' Teaching Basic Skills Competition and Teaching Observation Seminar and won the first prize. Comrade Zhu, a mathematics researcher, set out to study the convergence of mathematics teaching in primary and secondary schools in the whole region, formulated the overall implementation plan (draft) of the "Five Small and Six Grasping Action Plan" and carried out related activities.

Second, it is difficult to innovate teaching and research methods, and there is a new breakthrough in implementing the "three research" model of school-based teaching and research.

1, the implementation of personal independent network teaching and research mode. Through preaching, demonstration, guidance and training, at present, 90% of teachers have set up personal blogs, 302 teachers have set up personal workshops on Dongbao teacher training online, and most teachers actively participate in online forum teaching and research. Based on this, the teaching and research section has established an online teaching and research evaluation mechanism for schools and teachers. "Teacher Blog", one of the "five items" of teachers, is the highlight of June+10 this year. * * * Received 288 outstanding works from various schools, and all junior high schools and primary schools in the whole region have formed a strong research action atmosphere of on-the-job drills, lectures and demonstrations, participation in discussions and reflection and improvement, and a large number of teaching experts have emerged. The researchers give full play to their own advantages, and guide teachers to study how to grasp teaching materials, how to understand students' cognitive starting point, how to improve teaching methods, how to design three-dimensional goals, what is effective classroom teaching behavior, how to implement three-dimensional goals and how to carry out random evaluation at any time through online media such as forums, blogosphere and QQ group. In mid-April, "Jingmen Teacher Blog School-based Training Experience Exchange Meeting" was successfully held in Qingshan Primary School. 2. Implementing the problem-based peer teaching and research model in schools. First, pay attention to the problem-based school-based teaching and research with schools as the main body. All primary and secondary schools have set up a platform for collecting school-based teaching and research questions, and regularly carry out targeted teaching discussion activities to effectively study and solve practical problems in teaching. The research on "personalized composition teaching" carried out by Pailou Middle School has been well received by experts from the Central Education Institute. The second is to implement the "Ten Ones" regular teaching and research activities, and regularly carry out collective lesson preparation, weekly teaching and research, salon teaching and research, teaching demonstration and other activities. The experience of "school-based lesson preparation" carried out by Pailou Primary School in our district was popularized in Jingmen City and was rated as an advanced unit of school-based teaching and research in the city. In April, Jingmen City School-based Teaching and Research Experience Exchange Meeting was held in Xiangshan Primary School. 3. Implement regional cooperative teaching and research mode. First, we organized five schools in the suburbs of junior high school to cooperate in teaching quality, concentrated two-thirds of junior high school students in our district, and successively carried out special studies such as "primary and secondary school connection" and "effective review", and organized collaborative discussions on Chinese, mathematics and English in Wenfeng Middle School, Yanchi Middle School, Xianju Middle School, Pailou Middle School and Zhanghe Middle School, which promoted the overall improvement of teaching quality in our district. The second is to organize and carry out the research cooperation of the nine-year consistent experimental school, which was established after the reduction of some township students in our district and the adjustment of the school layout. This year, outstanding teachers from Wenfeng Middle School, Zhanghe Middle School, Xiangshan Primary School and Qingshan Primary School were organized to attend classes in towns and villages such as Li Xi, Shiqiao Post and Pailou. The fourth is to do a good job in teaching and research cooperation in primary and secondary schools with townships as the unit. Three, characterized by innovative teaching routine management, deepening the "three" work of teaching routine and making new breakthroughs.

1. Deepen the summary of routine acceptance experience. In the second half of this year, the Municipal Education Bureau issued relevant documents on routine teaching management. Prior to this, we have completed the acceptance of routine teaching management in primary and secondary schools in the whole region in five years. Now, at a good opportunity, we will seize this opportunity to further deepen the daily teaching management. In 2009, first, we intensified efforts to standardize school-running behavior. Under the leadership of Zhang Zhixiong, deputy director of the Education Bureau, we conducted a one-month serious investigation on junior high schools, urban primary schools and township central schools in the whole region. The content includes 20 items, such as schedule execution, work and rest time, physical exercise, waiting for class, and canceling self-study. The second is to conscientiously sum up the experience of teaching routine management under the new concept in the past five years, compile the experience materials of school teaching routine management, commend advanced schools, establish advanced models, popularize advanced experiences and practices, and promote the further standardization of teaching management. In May this year, on behalf of the District Education Bureau, the article "Management of Teaching and Research Business under the Innovative New Curriculum Reform" was exchanged at the mobilization meeting of balanced development of compulsory education in Jingmen City and the regular management of primary and secondary schools held by Zhongxiang.

2, deepen the teaching routine random sampling work. First, strengthen teaching inspection and intuitive guidance. Strictly do a good job in all aspects of the teaching process, strictly follow the requirements of preparing lessons carefully, listening to lectures carefully, carefully arranging and correcting homework, carefully tutoring, and carefully evaluating and summarizing, strengthen guidance and service, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of process management. Regular visual guidance center primary school must be conducted once every semester, and the "five links" of regular visual guidance must be implemented. The second is to effectively strengthen the "three decisions and three follow-up" mechanism. That is, directional inspection is combined with in-class inspection, regular inspection is combined with random inspection, and personal inspection is combined with random inspection. Before 26th of each month, all schools submit the routine work of the month to the deputy director of the teaching and research section in charge of primary and secondary schools on time, and those that have not been submitted will be notified at the beginning of next month to ensure that the routine work of teaching is always unremitting.

3. Deepen the rectification and review of teaching management. The first is to highlight the long-term management of the "three winds" construction. Guide primary and secondary schools to focus on building a good teaching style, cultivate a diligent and enterprising style of study, constantly standardize teachers' teaching behavior, and cultivate students' good study habits. The second is to highlight the hierarchical management that leads to new ideas. Focus on the management of weak schools (schools with low quality), weak subjects (mathematics, English) and weak links (preparing lessons). The third is to highlight the responsibility management of quality inspection. Conscientiously do a good job in discipline teaching quality inspection and performance analysis, standardize the life system, test paper marking, statistics and analysis, and establish a mechanism for discipline teaching and research personnel to take overall responsibility for the discipline. Pay attention to the analysis, research and release of test results, give full play to the guidance, adjustment, correction and encouragement of the test, gradually improve the test methods, improve the test content, and carefully organize the unified test and data analysis and processing of each section to improve the test effect. The fourth is to highlight the target management of teaching work. Constantly improve the quality monitoring mechanism, coordinate the quality management of junior high school and primary school education, and form a scientific and reasonable competition pattern and mechanism. The fifth is to highlight the evaluation and management of teaching quality. Actively promote the reform of developmental evaluation of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools and implement the annual summary evaluation of teaching quality. In August this year, the District Education Bureau commended 23 advanced schools, 44 superior disciplines and 97 advanced individuals for comprehensive evaluation of education and teaching quality. We set aside more than 10,000 yuan of special funds to reward the winning advanced collectives.

Fourth, based on the construction of innovative teaching and research projects, explore new breakthroughs in the "three-dimensional" management of teaching and research.

1, build a discipline teaching and research project team. It is our unswerving pursuit to build a group of influential discipline teaching and research groups in provinces and cities and to name a group of discipline teaching and research researchers and backbone teachers' studios. Each researcher has set up a blog and personal studio, and also set up network teams such as "Dongbao Chinese People" and "Dongbao English Window". The teaching and research work in primary and secondary schools in the whole region is no longer limited by time and space, and the sharing of teaching wisdom in the whole region has gradually become a reality. We have excavated, sorted out and refined the mathematics teaching method of Guo Wenjing in Shan Primary School, the teaching experience of Zhao Xiaoying in Hongqi Primary School, the mathematics activity teaching method of Zhang in Yanchi Middle School, the composition teaching experience of personalized composition teaching team in Pailou Middle School, and the English evaluation pilot represented by English teachers in Wenfeng Middle School. At the same time, give full play to the subjective initiative of discipline teaching and research personnel, make overall plans, and innovate and develop discipline teaching and research. We believe that teaching and research staff are not only representatives of individuals, but also representatives of disciplines in the whole region, promoters of the development of disciplines in the whole region and leaders of the development direction of disciplines.

2. Implement the project responsibility of discipline teaching and research. We insist that the main position of teaching and research is in the school and in the classroom. Teaching researchers must ensure that 2/3 of the time goes deep into the front line of teaching and actively study and guide teaching. Under normal circumstances, classes are held every Monday, and supervision is concentrated on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays, independent teaching and research time is used to complete the research, and on Fridays, the Education Bureau concentrates on meeting and studying time. All teaching and research staff constantly absorb advanced teaching concepts and keep pace with the times; Everyone has at least 100 class every year, and makes a clear evaluation of the class every time; Every researcher has a clear responsibility of "three guarantees" (that is, protecting his hometown, school and discipline); Everyone should give 2-3 lectures at school every year; Everyone should have a research direction and research topic; We should master a set of modern educational technology to meet our work needs; Write a paper or report at or above the municipal level every year; Teach at least 4 demonstration classes (or research classes) every year. 3. Carry out the evaluation of project teaching and research. We adhere to the monthly work plan reporting system and monthly work reporting system for teaching and research staff. At the teaching and research work meeting at the beginning of the year, the teaching and research staff expounded the working ideas, objectives and methods of this discipline, and invited the participants to evaluate and see what they said. At the middle and end of the year, questionnaires are distributed in the last effective working month of each semester, mainly to conduct public opinion surveys on the completion of the current work of teaching and research personnel and teaching and research sections to see how they are doing. Supervise and rectify the work with no ideas, ineffective activities and ineffective measures, and form a working mechanism for teachers to evaluate teaching and research personnel. For the subject teaching and research projects with development potential and prospects, the teaching and research section gives priority to the establishment of projects in terms of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and strongly supports them.

Fifth, focus on the research of innovative scientific research topics, and make new breakthroughs in strengthening the measures of "three modernizations" of education and scientific research.

1. Strengthen the work functions of the Institute of Education, and guide, supervise and follow up the educational and scientific research work in the whole region. At the beginning of the year, we put forward "relying on a carrier: experimental research of the subject;" Grasping a key point: the experiment of basic education curriculum reform: establishing two networks: the scientific research network closely linked with the higher scientific research management department vertically, and the project research cooperation network regularly linked in the region horizontally; Do a good job in three trainings: experimental theory training of educational research, general training of research and backbone training of educational research; Adhere to the four inspections: namely, school scientific research management inspection, experimental data filing inspection, experimental classroom teaching inspection, and experimental textbook use inspection; The working idea of "evaluating and commending advanced schools, advanced research groups, advanced workers, research-oriented principals and research-oriented teachers" has effectively standardized educational research behavior and implemented effective educational research management, which has played an important role in promoting the vigorous development of educational research work in the whole region. 2. Strengthen the guiding role of scientific research and carefully select topics. This year, educational research is required to study and solve the laws and characteristics of education in the new period from a new starting point. 3. Strengthen the implementation of research plans and carry out research work in an orderly manner. The College of Education regularly organizes supervision and inspection, follow-up investigation and timely guidance every month, and combines subject research with teacher assessment, which has achieved practical results. Second, with the theme of "conscientiously performing the duties of research, guidance and service, and striving to improve the quality of education and teaching" and taking "research, guidance and service" as the implementation carrier, we will thoroughly investigate the key issues that violate Scientific Outlook on Development in our work and promote the smooth completion of all work. We adhered to the principle of combining self-examination with soliciting opinions from primary schools, and went to Zi Ling Town of Baozi Township and Da Qiao Primary School of Baozi School to solicit opinions.
