1 Monthly Examination Announcement
Hunan Provincial Department of Education announced the unified recruitment policy for undergraduate education and issued a work notice.
February-March Enrollment Plan/Examination Outline
Hunan Provincial Department of Education's "Information Management Platform for Undergraduate Education in Hunan Province" issued a unified "undergraduate" enrollment plan, and announced the enrollment scope and specific registration methods.
Undergraduate colleges and universities publish examination outlines and bibliographies according to the examination subjects of various majors.
Register in March
General application:
On March1June-25, students who meet the registration requirements and are willing to log on to the "Hunan General Higher Education Information Management Platform" to register and complete online registration.
Higher vocational (junior college) graduates who enlisted in the army in the year of graduation and retired in 2020:
On March 1-12 (working days only), submit the application materials to Hunan Student Information Consulting and Employment Guidance Center with my ID card, college diploma and soldier's discharge certificate. Candidates who meet the requirements in the preliminary examination of the Employment Guidance Center shall register online on their own (they must indicate that they joined the army in the year of graduation and retired in 2020).
Registration review in April
Before April 10, higher vocational (junior college) schools will conduct online review of all students' registration qualifications and submit them for confirmation.
Qualification examination and identification: (1) Qualification identification of recommended graduates without examination; (2) Establishing the qualification certificate for graduates from poor families; (three) the qualification of retired graduates enlisted in the army.
The list of the above-mentioned three types of qualified students must be submitted to the relevant offices for review before April 10, and the results of the review will be publicized in the "Hunan General Higher Education Information Management Platform".
Organize the exam in May.
Before June 1, undergraduate colleges organized students to complete the examination. Estimated test time: a weekend in the middle and late May.
Enrolment and registration in June
Receiving institutions determine the list of registered students, and the list of registered students shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for approval before the end of June.
Admission notice in July
Students receive admission notices from colleges (usually from colleges).
Student registration in September
Before September 30, undergraduate colleges and universities completed the registration of student status.
