Chuangzhi Tiandi: a core urban development project located in Yangpu District, Shanghai, covering an area of 84 hectares, adjacent to 14 institutions of higher learning, providing an environment for promoting creativity and entrepreneurship in line with the development strategy of "revitalizing the city through science and education" of the Shanghai Municipal Government. The whole project planning includes Chuangzhi Tiandi Square, Chuangzhi Plaza, Chuangzhi Tiandi Science Park and Jiangwan Sports Center, with a planned construction area of about 530,000 square meters.
Ruihong New Town: A comprehensive residential development project specially designed for young people, located in Hongkou District, adjacent to many key universities and business districts, and built on Linping Road of Metro Line 4. The whole community has complete supporting facilities, the project covers an area of 40 hectares, and the planned construction area is10.5 million square meters.
Hongqiao project: Hongqiao Tiandi project is located in the first plot of Hongqiao core business district adjacent to the transportation hub, covering an area of about 62,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 380,000 square meters. The project is positioned as a comprehensive business integrating office, shopping, catering, entertainment and exhibition. In the future, it will provide a new landmark platform for business and leisure for office workers in Hongqiao Business District and 75 million people radiated by the one-hour high-speed rail economic circle.
