The social security card adopts the unified card face style of the whole country, with the words Social Security Card of the People's Republic of China printed on the front and the cardholder's name, social security number, cardholder's photo, card issuing unit and other information printed on the back.
The production of file structure division, control key loading, card surface printing and personalized information writing in social security cards is organized and implemented by provincial social security card issuance management institutions; If the provincial level does not have the conditions for centralized production, it can be made by the issuing city or a third-party institution.
