Where is renting a house cheap in Chengdu?

Renting a house in Jinhua is very cheap. I live there. It's a single room in 200 yuan for one month, with bathroom and cooking, but you have to buy it yourself. Only water and electricity, no broadband, no natural gas. Living expenses are 500 to 600 a month (just meals and rent)
