3. You must obtain the chef qualification certificate (chef certificate) in advance. In recent years, the supervision of chef qualification examination has become more and more strict. Many people are rejected by overseas labor service departments because they don't have the corresponding qualifications as chefs. Therefore, chefs planning to go abroad must pay attention to making relevant preparations in advance;
4. At least 6 years working experience in chef industry. Six years' work experience is a basic requirement. Some countries need a senior chef qualification certificate. According to the time of obtaining the chef's certificate, the chef industry has at least 8 years working experience;
In addition to the chef's certificate, some countries also need the technician's certificate, which is as important as the chef's certificate. Chefs with technician certificates will also get higher salaries. Chefs who need to go abroad must pay attention to understanding and obtaining relevant certificates in advance;
6. Language requirements: Chinese restaurants abroad have low language requirements, because most of them are in China and generally communicate in Mandarin. However, Cantonese restaurants usually need to be able to speak Cantonese. If you go to some fancy restaurants, you need to know the local language.
