Our institute, formerly known as "Zhejiang Economic Construction Planning Institute", was founded in 1985 and is a provincial institution approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. Mainly engaged in the research and planning of economic construction and social development, early consultation, evaluation and demonstration of construction projects, and providing intellectual services for the decision-making, implementation and management of government departments and various investors. It is the first batch of comprehensive decision-making consulting institutions with Grade A engineering consulting qualification in China, a group member and executive director of China Engineering Consulting Association (CNAEC), and the earliest FIDIC group member in China.
Business scope:
To study and formulate the long-term economic and social development strategies and plans of the whole province; To study and formulate strategies and plans for regional economic development and industry development; Preparation and evaluation of project proposal (pre-feasibility study) and feasibility study report; Urban planning and design, project supervision, project cost, bidding agency, real estate consulting, enterprise consulting and many other consulting services.
Major achievements:
By the end of 2007, the hospital had completed more than 3,000 consulting tasks, and accumulated investment in construction projects exceeded 400 billion yuan. Participated in a large number of planning and special research work of national economic and social development planning in Zhejiang Province from the Seventh Five-Year Plan to the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, completed a large number of preliminary work of some major topics and major projects related to the long-term development planning of the province, and completed industry, agriculture, transportation, energy, communication, water conservancy, urban public works and high-tech industries.
