Introduction: Dongxue peach is a new peach variety developed and cultivated in Qingzhou city. Fruit tree experts of Shandong Crop Variety Approval Committee determined that this kind of peach has five characteristics: First, the ripening period is late. 1 1 matures in the middle and late months, which coincides with the "solar term" of winter solstice and light snow. It is the latest variety cultivated in the open field in China and fills the gap that there are no fresh peaches in winter in the north. Second, it is easy to store. After ripening, the fruit hardness is above 14kg/cm2, and it is sticky. Under the natural temperature (0-7℃), the quality is basically unchanged on New Year's Day, with bright color and delicious taste, which is really a treasure in the fruit. Third, the quality is good. Sugar content 17- 19%, the highest is 23.6%, which is the highest among fruits. The weight of a single fruit is about 100g. The meat is tender, the appearance is delicate red, and the taste is fragrant. It is unique in the peach kingdom where flowers are in full bloom, and it is the only variety in China. The fourth is no pollution. Peach fruit has a late expansion period, which avoids the high incidence of pests and diseases, uses less medicine and has no pollution, and belongs to green food. Fifth, the economic benefits are high. This peach has successively won the highest gold medal in the 96 Macau Edison Invention Center International New and Excellent Technology and Products Expo, the first prize of Shandong Provincial Forestry Department's scientific and technological progress, 1995, 1996 Shandong Provincial Quality Fruit Gold Award, and the 14th Weifang International Kite Association Agricultural and Sideline Products Expo. It is sold to more than 20 provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and exported to Southeast Asia.
