There are many recruitment websites for real recruitment and fake recruitment. The mainstream recruitment websites include "Hunting Recruitment Network, Zhaopin Recruitment, Worry-Free Future, ChinaHR.com, Local Talent Recruitment Network, 58 Recruitment, Boss Recruitment, WeChat official account recruitment" and so on. If the company wants to register the recruitment demand on these recruitment websites, it needs to upload its business license to these recruitment platforms. In other words, as long as you have a business license and pay the membership fees of some recruitment platforms, you can register recruitment information on these recruitment platforms. In addition, the recruitment platform has no other information to review the company. For example, in recent years, many companies have tricked programmers into being "pigs" in Southeast Asia under the guise of high salaries, and the recruitment platform will not be responsible.
Since the development of the Internet, there are actually many fake jobs. There are many news on the Internet that interns and newly graduated college students were cheated because they met unreliable employers. As a job seeker, you can actually judge whether a unit is reliable from the following aspects:
First, professional website verification
If you can't help but submit your resume when you see a recruitment information on the Internet, I suggest that you copy down the full name of this company before submitting your resume, and then paste it into the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System".
Look at the company's information, which is comprehensive, including the company's registration time and funds, shareholders, operating conditions and so on. This is an authoritative website. If the company you want to submit your resume to is not on this list, it is recommended not to do so.
In addition, companies can also see the evaluations of former colleagues in some units, such as checking and finding the right APP. If the evaluation is not good, it is recommended not to vote. Most of the comments are true, after all, there are very few people who make malicious comments.
Second, from the recruitment information.
If the company profile of this unit is very few, or even just a sentence, it is recommended not to vote; If there are no job responsibilities and job requirements, just a few empty words, don't vote, believe me, the reason is not mentioned here.
Third, the position of "zombies"
In fact, many companies don't have much knowledge in the market, and they can't recruit any outstanding talents, so they will advertise in online recruitment stores. You will find that this position has been recruited for several years, and it is called zombie position in our HR eyes. Either the salary and treatment don't match, and the recruits will leave as soon as they arrive, or the salary is too low to recruit people, or the insurance company and so on. It is recommended not to vote for such a position.
I wrote a question and answer before the headline, about how to apply for a job without being cheated. The question is more detailed, so I won't say much here. You can turn it over if you are interested.
Let's talk to HR first.
To know how to talk to HR, in fact, first of all, you should do some homework before going to the interview, such as understanding the company's information, understanding the job responsibilities and job requirements of this position, and knowing which aspects of yourself can match this position. Be persuasive. These are all the information you need to know before the interview.
Because no matter how HR talks to you, it is nothing more than judging whether you can do this job well and whether you are the person the unit is looking for. No matter what the interviewer asks you, it is based on this purpose. Of course, I don't rule out some are 38, and I like to ask some personal questions. After all, every HR's literacy is different, but if the HR literacy is not good, I suggest you don't go to this company either. Good HR doesn't mean good business, but bad HR is definitely not that good. After all, HR is the image window of the company.
