Labor service abroad, also known as labor export, refers to the provision of labor services or services by labor exporting countries (exporting countries) to labor importing countries (importing countries) in order to seek economic benefits and obtain foreign exchange income. Labor service abroad can be said to be an intangible labor service trade.

Labor service abroad includes a wide range of contents, mainly including management and services such as construction engineering, service industry, computer and telecommunications, insurance, banking, tourism, leasing and advertising consulting.
2. Personnel department
There is no uniform regulation on the scope of personnel involved in overseas labor services. As long as the labor importing country needs it, the labor services owned by the labor exporting country can be included in the ranks of overseas labor services. Take China as an example, the exported personnel mainly include: construction workers, engineers and technicians, seafarers, chefs, medical personnel, literary workers, agricultural growers, craftsmen, arts and crafts workers, foreign trade workers, translators, educators and nannies engaged in housework.
3. Organizational form
There are three main organizational forms of labor export in China: first, the national government departments arrange labor export in a planned and organized way according to the agreements signed with foreign governments; Second, related companies and enterprises send labor services to export according to labor contracts signed with foreign companies or enterprises; Third, individuals who have the conditions to export labor services through overseas relatives and friends export labor services.
