(1) On May 29th, 2007, Yuxi, Pu 'er and Lincang jointly made a special report to the provincial party committee and government, and the leaders of the provincial party committee and government made important instructions. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Communications Department attached great importance to the construction of this project and issued the requirements for the preliminary work of the project respectively.
(2) On June 2, 2008, an entrustment agreement was signed with the Provincial Highway Planning and Design Institute to prepare the feasibility study report of the project, and the preliminary work of the project was officially launched.
(3) On May 9, 2065438+00, Shi Liang Qing, director of the Highway Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Transport, accompanied by Zhao Quan, deputy director of Yuxi Municipal Transportation Bureau, went to Xinping County to investigate the route direction of Xinping section of the construction project from Xinping to Lincang expressway, and decided to incorporate the construction project from Xinping to Lincang expressway into the national high-grade highway construction network planned by the Ministry of Communications in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
(4) On April 9, 2065438+03, Yunnan Provincial Communications Department invited experts from China Communications First Highway Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. to Zhenyuan to conduct on-site inspection and evaluation of Yulin expressway, which indicated that Yulin expressway had entered the stage of consultation, evaluation and demonstration in the early stage.
It is understood that the project permit report of Xinping-Lincang expressway Project has been basically compiled. The expert group visited the site this time, mainly to inspect the landform and technical scheme along expressway in Yulin, especially the import and export schemes of Ailaoshan and Wuliangshan tunnels, so as to further demonstrate and evaluate the next technical scheme and control the investment, and ensure that the project scheme is more reasonable.
The expert group mainly selected several points in the towns of Dong, Enle, and Zhentai in zhenyuan county for field investigation. According to experts from the bank, Yulin Expressway is about 200 kilometers long and has several design schemes. This time, it mainly investigates and demonstrates several schemes that pass through Xinping in Yuxi, Zhenyuan in Pu 'er, Jinggu to Lincang.
