Sun Simiao (AD 54 1- AD 682, controversial), a native of Huayuan, Jing Zhao (now Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province), was a medical scientist in the Tang Dynasty and was honored as the king of medicine by later generations.
Sun Simiao is brilliant and has the ambition to help the world. During the reign of Emperor Xuandi of Zhou Dynasty, he lived in seclusion in Taibai Mountain, and Li Shimin was called to Beijing when he acceded to the throne. In the process of practicing medicine, he wrote Qian Jinfang and other medical works, which had a far-reaching impact on later medicine. In the first year of Yongchun in Tang Gaozong (AD 682), Sun Simiao died.

1, torch medicine inheritance
Sun Simiao was revered as the King of Medicine by later generations. In four years, Emperor Gaozong wrote "Tang Xin Cao", which is the first national pharmacopoeia and a plaque inherited by torch doctors. A torch was passed down by a benevolent doctor, which made the beauty of predecessors spread in China, and later generations also called it Chinese medicine. After eighteen years of thinking, I devoted myself to studying medicine, so that people with diseases in my neighborhood could benefit more. I have no intention of pursuing a career, but I am engaged in medical work, creating medical light, spreading medical ethics and spreading spirit.
2, sit tiger needle dragon
Legend has it that Sun Simiao used donkeys to carry people and medicines when collecting medicines to treat diseases. Once, Sun Simiao and his disciples took donkeys to Wutai Mountain to collect herbs. They tied the donkey to a tree and went into the mountains. When they heard the roar of the tiger and the cry of the donkey, they went back and found that the donkey had been eaten by the tiger. When the tiger came back, Sun Simiao found the tiger bleeding. Although the donkey was eaten, Sun Simiao cured the tiger.
The Queen Tiger accompanied Sun Simiao to transport people and medicine. Then an old man came to see a doctor. Sun Simiao felt his pulse and learned that he was not human, so he showed his true colors and went to see a doctor. The old man turned out to be Ao Guang, the Dragon King of the East China Sea. Sun Simiao saved the Dragon King with acupuncture, and the Dragon King thanked Sun Simiao for standing guard for saving his life and helping him save the world.
