Inquire about relevant information and fill in the required information. The application for information disclosure has the needs of production, life and scientific research. Article 13 of the Regulations on the Openness of Information stipulates that citizens, legal persons or other organizations may apply to departments, local people's governments at all levels and local people's government departments at or above the county level for relevant information according to their special needs in production, life and scientific research, except for the information voluntarily disclosed by administrative organs as stipulated in Articles 9, 10, 11 and 12 of this Ordinance.
