Interim Measures of Hohhot Municipality on Raising Funds to Build Houses

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to further promote the reform of the housing system in our city, speed up housing construction and solve the housing difficulties of the masses as soon as possible. According to the relevant provisions of the state and the autonomous region, combined with the actual situation of our city, these measures are formulated. Article 2 The object of raising funds to build houses

(1) Official employees of all units in Hohhot and residents with official urban hukou.

(II) Workers and residents who participate in fund-raising housing construction are in principle homeless households, households in danger and households with housing difficulties with a per capita living area of less than 3 square meters (including 3 square meters), and each household can only participate once. Chapter III Raising and Management of Housing Construction Funds Article 8 Raising funds for housing construction consists of three parts: the state, units and individuals. (1) government support: 30% of the comprehensive cost of crisis relief and poverty alleviation housing is subsidized.

(2) Unit subsidy: The unit subsidy of applicants from needy households shall not be less than 40% of the comprehensive housing cost (in principle, it shall be shared by * * * if the family members are in several units). (3) Individual fund-raising: 30% of the comprehensive housing cost. If the funds are really difficult, the unit can guarantee to handle residential savings and residential loans at the savings outlets of the Municipal Construction Bank. Participants in this fund-raising only get the right to use the house and the inheritance right of immediate family members. If the house fails to pay the rent, the fund-raising funds will not be refunded during the housing period. Article 9 The district government shall be responsible for the resettlement of relief households without financial resources. Article 10 Maintenance and management of houses
